When I arrived there was a problem with the key to my room. The receptionist was apologetic and helpful. She quickly switched me to a different room without any question. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. They were always looking to help. The Kosher breakfast was scant. But more than sufficient for me and my husband. If you are careful with Chalav Yisrael, be careful to check the labeling!

The only water available in the lobby during the day was flavored! I would have appreciated a water cooler without the extras.

Prima hotel

Camera silenziosa e letto comodo. Siamo rimasti una notte in più e lo staffci ha garantito la medesima camera, come richiesto. Comodissimo anche per spostarsi in centro visto che il tram passa proprio davanti all'hotel. Per il resto gli Holiday Inn sono comunque una certezza in quanto a confort e organizzazione. Colazione continentale buona, nella norma.

Lo spazio per la prima colazione è un pochino esiguo. Nei momenti di punta può essere difficile trovare posto a sedere. Per il resto non ho niente da aggiungere

Das Hotel ist sauber, die Betten ok und das Frühstück reicht für den Start in den Tag.

Leider wurden wir nicht vorher informiert, dass rundherum gebaut wird und es dadurch morgens bereits recht früh laut wurde.

We were late for our check-in due to storms in Dallas, TX. They were going to charge us for the day we missed. The manager understood and took that charge off our bill. We missed a whole day of excursions due to late weather flights. Amsterdam is getting very expensive. There is a nice little convenient store 1/2 block that offered homemade meals to-go.

Breakfast, cheese and cold cuts, yogurt, some rolls, hard boiled eggs. We are just spoiled to all the bad food in America. Fifteen minute taxi ride from airport. 50 + Euros.

Breakfast was superb. Location is perfect coz tram is literally 5mins walk from the hotel. To the city centre it takes 30 mins to be exact then you’ll Have to change metro from Amsterdam Zuid. Staffs are alright but they should be more efficient and concentrate on good quality customer service.

Last day of our stay the housekeeping staff messed the bedroom bedsheets were very much messed up exactly the same condition like when we left the room. Pillows were near the sofa. We opted for double bedroom. We were given twin bed. That’s a big negative for a such a big hotel brand. It will impact their reputation and business as well.

Location is good, easy to get to by public transportation from the aiport, some 30 minutes and you are there. The hotel is good, easy to be found, clean, i would say, i may return back for another stay. The breakfast was of my concern. Very limited choice of food, i have had 2 breakfasts there, coffee is bad, eggs, i guess, 2 types of salami, cheese and buns. Fruit salad was untasty. The guests were suggested several time slots for breakfast, on the other day upon arrival to the eating area, we had to eat in front of the reception desk on a small table, very uncomfy and awkward, as there were many people and no tables, no space available. I think, it should be considered by the hotel, too.

Gevaarlijke hoek in slaapkamer bij kleerhangers. Stootte zowat m’n hoofd een aantal keren.

Alojamiento limpio, con buenas instalaciones y buena relación calidad precio. Los productos del desayuno incluido eran también de buena calidad. La ubicación no es céntrica pero está muy bien conectado lo cual nos facilitó bastante el poder movernos sin problemas.

Te quitan una fianza inicial de 50€ al entrar al alojamiento que luego te devuelven de forma automática tras el checkout. La habitación no disponía de armario como tal.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, welches sauber und bequem ist. Mit der Tram und Metro kommt man super in das Zentrum und das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch ok!

The rooms are nice and big. The beds are comfortable. The shower is great. It was nice and quiet.

It's a bit far from central amsterdam, but you can take a tram and a train to the centre. The breakfast was included but we skipped it the second day as it didn't meet our expectations on the first day. It's limited in terms of options.

Ontbijt was eenvoudig, zeker voor de zondag Later kwam er croissant en chocoladebroodjes te liggen. Waarschijnlijk niet op tijd bijgevuld. Miste ook krentebrood en rauwkost

Vriendelijke medewerkers. Parkeren ging uitstekend. Kleinschalig hotel. Rustig.

De vloerbedekking, kunststofvloer is beter ivm hygiëne. Ontbijt niet echt geweldig. Matrassen waren vrij hard. Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht, voor een langer verblijf waarschijnlijk minder comfortabel.
