location, hotel style, cleanliness some staff were lovely others not

I booked a delux single room as per the picture on the site. I got a small pokey room with no space and very expensive for what it was. Not the room that was pictured in the booking. was not happy

Breakfast was awesome! Room very clean and comfortable and the location? WIth pets very good as the park with a dogs area is around the corner! Great place!

the front office staff in the evening could have shown a bit more interest in its guests.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. The location was fabulous - quiet no traffic street with small restaurants very near the canal . Amazing lace next door selling apple cake . The hotel was un serviced didn’t appear to be serving breakfast.

More towels in the room - there were 2 towels and one hand towel . But for two people showering and washing hair I don’t think that’s quite enough .

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location was excellent, close to trains/ bus and within walking distance of the city center and other attractions.

my room was 314 and for some reason was quite noisy - lots of f banging sounds and I couldn’t tell if it was above me or beside but it was constant.

1. perfect location - just steps from the station yet an easy walk to the centre of town. 2. fantastic breakfast- huge choice 3. great staff - friendly and helpful. 4. quiet

it was February - there was no heating in the bathroom so it was cold.

Not at all value for money! Too expensive for a 3 star hotel 20km away from Amsterdam. The hotel was understaffed and needed cleaning in many areas. Breakfast was basic and every day the same. Noise insulation was awful and we experienced a lot of discomfort from the little kids running around above our room! Also parking was a HUGE problem since we had to leave our car at IKEA parking space, 5 km away if we needed free parking. However the information given for the parking was misleading. We could have parked anywhere in Haarlem if we paid for our spot. Nobody told us that and we had to figure out our own. Totally unacceptable. In general a very expensive stay for nothing special about. The fair price would have been 150 euros per night and not 300€

The hotel was perfectly located next to the station but very quiet. It was also only a 5 minute walk into the town.

There was no bath.

Best location, Stylish, comfortable beds, helpful staff, good breakfast.

Initial assigned room was not satisfactory. Small and ceiling was too low to stand next to bed. On our request the room was changed and was satisfactory. Breakfast coffee machine sometimes troublesome.

Location in Haarlem was excellent with easy bus access to & from airport.
