الشعور بالأمان في الفندق ، الطعام كان رائع والموظفين كانت خدمتهم ممتازه ، وموقع الفندق ممتاز
تعطل المصعد الكهربائي وانا في المصعد وهذه المره الأولى التي أتعرض فيها لهذه التجربه المخيفه ، ارجو متابعه موضوع صيانه المصاعد الكهربائيه في الفندق وتكرار مثل هذه التجربه مع عملاء اخرين يؤثر بالقلب على سمعه الفندق

The staff was absolutely fantastic and so friendly! Watching the sunrise over the Nile was truly beautiful.
The price was noticeably higher than at other branches worldwide.

Everything was good. Food is best at the bar. Room is spacious, clean, and have a nice workspace.

I enjoy The Holiday Inn, Maadi, I love the staff and the facilities, it's a beautiful hotel. This is my second stay, nothing but good things to say.

No breakfast included in the very expensive price
I booked a double bed but got two singles
Booking sais there was a minibar, bot no minibar

The view of nile is amazing and condition was great the breakfast was excellent
The electric sockets were loose some of them dont work at all

Rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the Nile rooms is incredible. Lovely and incredibly welcoming staff. Nicely located in maadi and the pool is a plus.
The building on the outside looks a bit old and rusty but the rooms are definitely much more modern and clean.

Location of the hotel is very good.
Food in the pool resturant was excellent.
Breakfast should be more kinds of food ( no salmon, more cheese selections , ...)
Pool resturant chaires were not comfortable ( need hand armes, need normal tables not very high).

poor sound isolation in room as i could hear all sounds from outside and nearby rooms
