It would have been great to have another lightweight blanket. The comforter was too hot. Also, I wish I had known I could have been picked up at the airport and driven to the hotel. I didn't have instructions on how to get to the hotel. It was a challenge with my luggage, walking across the traffic, etc. Crazy American. But then I stayed for the night I departed and asked for the shuttle, feeling I would be safe. But then was put into an Uber car. As a single woman, traveling alone, I was not comfortable with this.

The room was great! Comfortable. The staff at check-in nice. The main dining room breakfast buffet food was very good. But again, I didn't know how the system worked to get the food and felt a little awkward. No one was at the welcome desk at the restaurant to guide me to a table or explain the flow, etc. I needed to find someone to ask. They also were not that helpful. I asked for tea at my table, and they didn't bring it. I asked a second time and finally got it. But then was told that was it, because the buffet was closing. So for the money I paid, it wasn't a very welcoming atmosphere for me traveling from another country. I was a little jet lagged and disoriented.

I needed it mostly for the room as I was spending one night only. The room is large and comfortable. It is very clean. I like the shower. Particularly the large and wide shower head makes for a nice showering experience. The room was not noisy at all.

Very modern and clean with all amenities. Lovely pool and a great authentic buffet dinner and breakfast. Service very good and friendly and helpful reception. The bank was useful for exchanging money. A free shuttle to airport was very handy.

Perhaps more tea and coffee supplies in each bedroom would be ideal.

Room was spacious and quite quiet despite was next to elevator. It's really the perfect hotel to stay if you have an early flight out, breakfast starts at 4am. Personnel at check-in, housekeeping and airport shuttles services, were friendly. Uber could come directly to the hotel and very cheap to get into Cairo Centre for sight seeing (ie. 20mins to Citadel).

Due to Ramadan, the spa/massage services end at sunset. I would've loved to have a treatment after 6pm but not possible. The Chinese Restaurant was also closed due to Ramadan. We booked an Airport View room but window was facing the road traffic, and not the airport. We tried their dinner buffet, which was average, salad bar was very good but hot foods were disappointing.

The hotel is near the airport but very quiet in the room. Super nice and clean. We like the China restaurant downstairs and like the breakfast there. You can easily go to the T3 terminal through the bridge connecting the hotel and airport.

The staff most definitely! Youssef from dining outstanding service. Food excellent! The receptionists delightful. I’ll definitely be back to this particular hotel again. I feel like home.

Some nagging, rude guests sitting besides us. Horrible, disgraceful behavior. Disturbing the peace and other guests. I wish I could say the country I…y! You go figure. Get a life people!

One of the best breakfast services we have ever received . Really attentive and friendly , especially Mohamed . Excellent gym . Sports bar team really helpful and friendly . Key feature is proximity to airport for last night of our Egypt visit . Better than we expected for an airport hotel

We had a limousine trip to the culture museum and driver took us to shop at a bazaar which we did not want . We left quickly but smacked of a commission arrangement . Hate this , a shame because he was a lovely driver and recommended a place for lunch and waited for us to eat

Localização perfeita para quem vai pegar voo cedo no Aeroporto Internacional do Cairo. O hotel tem ligação direta com o Terminal 3. Quarto confortável.

O quarto era conjugado, então podia ouvir a pessoa falando / assistindo TV no quarto ao lado.
