Loved our stay but ended with food poisoning which intern spoilt our onwards trip! Was known to the hotel and wasn’t the only people! Was definitely a buffet restaurant, all the normal restaurants were fine! Otherwise a lovely stay just a bad ending!

Inability to get things correct - needed early check in , said it was organised and it wasn't. Needed a car at a certain time, made me wait in 32 degree heat while they messed about. Booked cabanas all week. Every day had to argue that I had these booked. Just all a bit of a mess

The staff did a lovely gesture and sent complimentary cake for my son's birthday . Also gave us a lovely room when we requested them. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was super helpful.

The beds were small size. Expected a good king-sized bed. Also, the fridge snacks were of extra cost. As a good gesture, they could have included it in the stay. Also, the residents of the hotel should be given aqua express / fast access priority in the water park rather than queuing up.

First class, room was stunning, cleaners did a fantastic job every day and night. Pool and beach area beautiful and again staff fantastic. Upgraded to the club lounge well worth it made our stay

Water park complementary access, room size and breakfast (upon check is it cost 140AED per adult & 70AED per kid)

No conneted room were available upon check in, Due to kids ages i have requested a connected rooms in advance, it was not arranged at the beginning and the hotel advised to come back after 4:30 pm to check for availability, and got them.

This was our first stay at Atlantis and we were very pleased. We were moved to a different tower/room at check-in as they realised we had a young family, so we were closer to breakfast and waterpark entry which we appreciated. Our rooms were beautiful and clean, staff came at least twice a day to clean. Facilities are great, breakfast has the usual options and was tasty, although pricey. Staff were always lovely, answering any question we had. Our kids absolutely loved (were obsessed) with the water park, we made the most of this pass during our stay. We will definitely stay again if we visit Dubai again.

Egy álmom vált valóra – ehhez fogom hasonlítani a jövőbeli foglalásaimat. Nem is tudom hol kezdjem :) A személyzet - Ilyen kedves és segítőkész emberekkel még nem találkoztam. A szolgáltatások, látnivalók, környék egy csoda. A közvetlen strand és a medencék tökéletesek. A reggeli és a vacsora leírhatatlanul finom és bőséges. Köszönjük ezt az élményt, biztosan visszatérünk. A dream come true - I will compare my future bookings to this. I don't even know where to start :) The Staff - I have never met such kind and helpful people. Services, attractions, surroundings are a miracle. Direct tender beach and pools are perfect. Breakfast and dinner are indescribably delicious and plentiful. Thank you for this experience, we will definitely be back.

Das Essen, sowohl Frühstück als auch das Abendessen war grandios. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit, das Essen war mega. Wir konnten nach 12:00 Uhr noch bleiben und den ganzen Tag bis zum Flug den Aqua- Park nutzen.

Perfekt wäre gewesen, wenn man noch im Club hätte duschen können. Den Imperial Club duften wir nach dem Check Out nicht mehr benutzen.

1 - The staff. Staff can make or break a resort and in the case of Atlantis, they made it exceptional. 2 - The food. We are a family with an 8 and 5 year old so we alternated between Kaleidoscope and Saffron. 2 amazing buffets, what a novelty 3 - The facilities. So much to do, don’t even need to leave the hotel!

My recent stay at the Atlantic Palm Hotel with my kids was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family needs, and providing stunning views of the sea. The hotel staffs were welcoming and attentive, making us feel good. The amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area that the kids absolutely loved. We also enjoyed the variety of dining options available, big buffet of all tastes. The atmosphere made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to the staff ( Mr. Kabir ) who clean our room and make it perfect and very friendly too.

Everything. There is so much to do there. Friendly staff, always willing to help and to the activities - Water park, monorail, hot air balloon to name a few. The food was as gastronomic delight. Variety with Michellin excellence. This place is a must stay - even for just the experience ! They made my daughters birthday such a special occasion - and very restuarant celebrated her - now that’s special !

- Het hotel was schoon en mooi ingericht - Prachtige kamernet goede bedden.

- Veel te druk, overal moeten wachten, begint al bij checkin, chaos bij ontbijten, idem bij avondeten, bij elke attractie bij waterpark. - Onderscheid maken met fastpass bij Waterpark is slechte ontwikkeling en zou niet moeten kunnen en dit puur uit economische oogpunt, om maar nog meer geld binnen te harken. - Eten bij de buffetrestaurant viel heel erg tegen. Alles was veel te koud. Zou in Europa niet door de warentest komen! - Personeel niet oprecht, lijken wel robots, allemaal herhalen ze dezelfde gebaren, waarschijnlijk geleerd tijdens de interne training. - Veel mensen met kinderen die aangetrokken worden door het waterpark. - Geen premium gevoel zoals bij Jumeirah Al Quasar bijvoorbeeld, terwijl de prijs een stuk hoger was.

Check in especially in I had a sky room area It took me around 30min to do the check in Had a family came at around 20h baby’s were tired want to go to room especially payment were stalled already, though they had an issue with there system of check in to room and the front disk did not even give a clear answer for that I kept asking please till when will be waiting and again no answer for that reason I asked him if it was like this I would like to change the hotel since he is not answering and even did not ask his supervisor to come to see me, simply told as I wish if I want to change the hotel So I did pull my self back and went to another disk asking for the supervisor that he came directly And help to solve the issue of check in Unfortunately

Our stay was made excellent by all the staff there but in particular the checkin lady...Thank you so much everyone we really had a great time. Everyone went out of their way to give us extra ordinary service.
