Шикарный вид. Просторный балкон с лежаками и креслами. Приветственная фруктовая тарелка. Красивый отель. Живая музыка в холле по вечерам. Красивая территория. Вкусные ужины с барбекю.

Отсутствуют весы. и не положили шоколадку на ночь :(

The staff and cleaning.

Everything was fine except that you advertise the room as 90m2 and half of it is the balcony, we were expecting for this size and that price a suit… very disappointed also did not get a bigger room, it was too small with a baby for us. We will not book again there, to have a size of 90m2 half of it balcony, please do change this in your system it is annoying when you arrive at the hotel and see just one room for this price and size…

Sehr schönes Hotel. Alle sehr aufmerksam.

Leider war bei einem Zimmerpreis von über 400 Euro pro Nacht das Frühstück nicht inklusive. Es kostete 50 Euro extra. Das halte ich für nicht angemessen. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick liegen auf der Straßenseite. Geräuschempfindlichen Menschen ist diese Seite nicht zu empfehlen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Das Hotel ist durch das ganze Gold und den Stuck sehr prunkvoll, ebenso die geräumigen Zimmer. Der Service ist exzellent. Es ist eben nur alles wahnsinnig teuer: die Minibar, das Frühstück, jedes Extra. Leider gibt es kein Angebot für Yoga, obwohl es es sehr schönen Yoga-Raum gibt. Das habe ich vermisst.

Жили в номере с видом на залив , потом решили переехать с видом на Парус. Дали номер 554 стоимость 800 долларов в сутки / в номере не работают розетки на 5-м этаже идет ремонт в 9 утра начинали строители сверлить стучать и так далее. Это конечно ужасно для отеля пять звезд…

The palm is a strange location with a busy road outside by the sea and a dead beach on other side. It really doesn’t feel like it’s natural (it isn’t). Couldn’t relax there

Prachtig hotel, super lekkere bedden, feeeriek verlicht savonds. Veel keus voor eten. Dikke strandbedden. 2 kanten van hotel water, alhoewel aan één kant gezwommen kan worden.

The staff really make this hotel, they can’t do enough for you. We had the club lounge access and staff in there were just amazing. Meals everywhere were wonderful.

Wish more people would use the bar above Piatti of an evening so it had more atmosphere. Could be a great place but let down on lack of people and drinks so slow.

This is not a hotel...it is a palace, one of the best places I have stayed. The whole property is exceptional, the attention to every detail throughout this property from the buildings to the gardens is just phenomenal and transport you back to a time of grandeur and sophistication. The staff are truly a huge asset to this place, every staff member I came across or who served me always had a smile and a hello/good morning/good evening. just amazing staff/people, so friendly, helpful, accommodating and welcoming. The buffet breakfast exceptional (anything you could want, and the chefs are so accommodating to all special dietary requirements). The restaurants on site are also wonderful, with a great selection of cuisines (Italian, Asian and buffet all available on site). Live pianist in the foyer and lounge was always nice to listen to as you move throughout the hotel. The poolside facilities and service were impeccable, the perfect way to relax. Lifeguards on duty at all times, paying particular attention to the safety of children in and out of the water. The pool itself is just spectacular with the city skyline and beach in view on one side and the majestic Raffles Palace and gardens on the other, just perfect to sit/relax and cool down. The poolside service, food and drinks menu have all you could want too, and all served in the perfect covered baskets. Ice buckets with water provided and topped up throughout the day. A nice touch was the cold face towels provided by the staff at various times throughout the day.

Th room space was excellent!! The afternoon tea was great.. the service was amazing, especially for one lady who was very generous and kind with us, she made everything easy and done as we wish.. But unfortunately I don’t asked for her name..

A few kinds of restaurants that allowed children below 16 years old to access, such as a restaurant with Dj or Live show..

Checked in experience was not handled professionally. Lazy staff. Staff is polite but very inexperienced and giving misleading information.

Loved how spacious the room was yet cozy at the same time. The bed was very comfortable. the view was spectacular.

The beach was closed which was not mentioned anywhere in the details of the booking page. one of the main reasons for us to book this hotel was to enjoy the beach. The pool was great but would have appreciated a notice prior to booking a non refundable room and only being notified once checking in.
