We stayed one week first and extended for almost two more weeks! Large, very comfortable room. Large bed. Big bathroom with convenient setup and nice spacing. Very well equipped gym and spa (sauna and steam room). Big swimming pool with jacuzzi. Suspended swimming pool. Large outdoor area. The hotel is also next to the Irish village (pub) where hotel guests get 20% discount. Close to the airport but not noisy, very quiet location. With assistance of concierges, it is very easy to get a meter taxi in a few minutes The staff are very professional, polite, friendly and always ready to help. They are truly at the 5-star level. Very special thanks to the following excellent people: Front desk: Mr. Ahmed, Ms. Mae, Mr. Cristian, Ms. Tin, and Mr. Derek House keeping: Mr. Sahil, Mr. Zeeshan, Mr. Sameer, Mr. Khan, Ms. Minakshee the supervisor and Ms. Edith the coordinator. Welcoming staff. Wonderful surprise of a bowl of fresh fruit. Really appreciated the 24 hour book in after our early morning arrival.

Smoking in public areas. No place to have an evening meal within the hotel without smoking.

Great rooms and perfect for airport

Asked for a coffee and they refused as I was room only. Shame as it wouldn't of been hard to give a good service.

الفندق قديم المفروشات قديمة موظفين الاستقبال جداً تعاملهم سيء لم اشعر بالاحترام من قبلهم اعتقد انهم بحاجة إلى تدريب الفندق لا اعتقد ان 5 نجوم اصنف الفندق 3 نجوم كذالك باب الكبت فية ليت عجزت وانا احاول اقفل باب الكبت إلا انه يفتح لحالة والليت في وجهي السرير يابس في السابق كان السرير مريح والان متعب

فندق قديم وأثاث الفندق قديم الموظفين تعاملهم جداً سيء حجزي كان check in and check out 24 hours وصلت الفندق الساعة 8 وتفاجئت انهم غير راضين ان اخرج اليوم الثاني بنفس التوقيت واتصال ورا اتصال لكي اخرج من الفندق

I traveled for my 40th birthday with my family and stayed at this hotel and I had a great time. From check-in to check out everything was great. They assisted with booking a restaurant for my big day dinner and even surprised me in my room with a birthday cake. The staff at the hotel are friendly and always say hello with a smile. I felt a genuine hospitality here and I'll definitely come back!

Absolutely nothing.

I really liked this hotel. We had a very large room with a powerful shower & a bath. The room had access to the executive club which offered various snacks & beverages at certain times. Nice white wine selection. The hotel had a connecting bridge to the Irish Village which was great.

The wait for taxi is a bit long. On Sunday, worship days, taxis are readily accessible as members are being dropped off. Had my “ready to clean” light on and still housekeeping left a note saying my room was double locked, but how so if I’m not in the room? So my room wasn’t cleaned the entire wknd. Luckily it was just me and I had more than enough items on hand, but my bed made daily would’ve been nice.

Location was excellent for visiting the Gold markets ant the Frame also Burjh cheap taxi ride rooftop pool bar klass ,beside the Irish village great food n music, staff excellent early check in on both stays comfy beds room with a view a big plus as requested thanks guys 😎👏👏

Dostalismy pokoj w ktorym codziennie od godziny 8 wieczora do 3 nas ranem było slychac glosno muzyke i roznego rodzaju instrumenty muzyczne. Nie spalismy przez 3 noce. Obsluga w ogole nie zareagowala gdy zglosilismy to na recepcji. Hałas najprawdopodobniej byl w salonu lobby na pietrze nad nami jednak gdy pytalismy obsluge skad jest ten hałas nie dostalismy odpowiedzi. Nigdy nie wroce do tego hotelu poniewaz jakosc snu byla na poziomie zero! Jest to niedopuszczalne w hotelach tej kategorii.

The club lounge staff were great especially Jas and Ishaan. Also Judy at concierge desk.

House keeping could have been better. Room was not stocked up adequately.

Breakfast was good. However, I think it's better to have it at some cafe in the hotel or outside hotel. There're many options you can choose for breakfast. Even though the breakfast is good, you don't have to spend that much money.

It was the worst view ever. You'll only see the other buildings very close and cannot open the curtain. I asked them to change the room to other view but they didn't accept. The amenities are so bad quality. If you'll shampoo, you have to use 1pc all of the tube. Even though you use it all, it never bubbles if you are a female. If they are not willing to provide good quality amenities, I think it'd better put pump type shampoo. And it was really inconvenient to use the body shampoo because I had to squeeze it with all my fingers. It was not pump type... I felt like they don't want to spend money for the things. Anyways, you cannot say it's 5 star hotel. It's worse than 3 star hotel. In addition, it's not easy to enter the gym and sauna because it's strictly controlled by the staff. They only give you 1 bottle of water and 1 towel. Which never happens in 5 star hotel. I think this hotel is focusing on group of company or seminar. So they don't really take care of personal guests.

The welcomes, some of the staff still remember me which was very nice
