Good Landscape

Not match with our reservation room type # if customer didn’t defend they don’t do anything to customer, till change 3rd times to move in as same as we booked

Location up in the hills gives a great fresh feeling, windy, cool, nice view etc. Room had a fridge and water boiler for making coffee.

The panoramic view room was very big, with hardly any furniture. Gives a feeling of waste of space. Too few electric outputs for charging phones etc. The balcony where you could enjoy the view had no furniture, so not possible to relax out there. Not possible to turn off the light on the balcony, not energy saving.

Breakfaat spread was very good. The location of the resort is very good and scenic.

Staff needs to be better prepared for English speaking guest

Location was great, the ambiance, atmosphere and surrounding was very nice. The suite was extremely spacious and well laid out.

The television only had 7 channels, 2 of which were a black screen and the reception for the other 5 was so poor that they could not be watched nor heard. I booked the 'Executive Suite with panorama views, Hillside. Instead I was given a suite at the base of the resort with no views at all. For the money I could have done better. An option to relocate to the correct room was not available.

we ordered a suite with an extra sofa bed, to accommodate our kids, when we came in the room, there was just a sofa. Reply of the reception was that they didn’t have sofa bed, apparently not correct on booking.com. then she wanted to charge me extra for the extra beds, which where very thin matrasses in the Floor.

We needed to change the first room because of the noise of other guests (very thin walls) - we changed to a small single house and needed to pay some more money. Then the mattress was old and uncomfortable (needed to change - the staff changed without any problem). The environment was supposed to be quiet (we needed really quiet to de-stress) but the neighbor resort had the whole day loud music which destroyed the quietness.
