Great Location and friendly staff. Restaurant on the beach was great.

Room was small and dated. May be unfair as we stayed in the VIP Section last stay and it was great. I kind of expected better. There were no sun loungers available at any of the pools or on the beach.

i love the design and balinese architecture. the sports centre must be the best in bali with tennis courts squash decent gym and spa facilities. also a cosy lap pool. great breakfast with some local tempeh. also full moon ceremony with on site temple👍❤️👍‼️

the lack of charging plugs in the room. no hair dryers in the spa.

Los restaurantes son normalitos y caros. El Maguro en particular muy malo.

Ample facilities Really well separated and catered to all types of guests. Particularly great facilities for late check out, and being able to use the gym, pool, and leisure centre.

Die gesamte Anlage war sehr schön. Insbesondere die Lobby war beeindruckend. Die direkte Lage am Strand mit dem schönen Weg zwischen Strand und den anderen Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Sauberkeit, insbesondere für europäische Verhältnisse, könnte verbessert werden. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobiliar weist schon einige Gebrauchsspuren auf. Die Badezimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig.

The pools and gardens were beautiful and the breakfasts excellent As it was my birthday I was delighted when I was surprised with a cake and red roses. I hadn’t mentioned it !

My room furniture was getting a bit old and the sliding doors were hard to move and noisy in the middle of the night when using the bathroom. The sheets didn’t smell very fresh the first night. I asked for them to be replaced next morning and they were.

If you’re looking to chill the fudge out at the perfect location, Nusa is right next to the most beautiful beach where you can either swim or walk along the beach with the cold chill brushing past your cheeks (face) and if you’re bald I’ll say no more. Your eggy head will be cooled right down with the nice, cool low wind air once you’ve went for a dip. The staff from start to finish couldn’t more helpful, very respectful, place was spotless, food was amazing and never had to eat else where. They have different nights with shows while you’re being served high quality food along with excellent service. Good for family, couples and solos to charge up the batteries.

Ładna prywatna plaża obok hotelu, bardzo zadbany teren wokół obiektu.

Pokoje wymagają renowacji, bardzo słaba wentylacja w łazience, co w połączeniu z wilgocią sprawie, że w pokoju po prostu śmierdzi. Nie czuć w ogóle 5 gwiazdek.

Location was great and pool nice. Beach was pretty and you could eat at other hotels which was good for other options.

Our room smelt damp and mouldy and water was leaking from roof near the door. Outside our room, everything was wet. The roof was leaking also, walls, floors and doors wet. It felt like we were out in the basement even though it was ground level. We couldn’t have the doors open for fresh air because this was advised against due to humidity. Drinks were warm including wine at the beachside restaurant. This hotel needs a serious renovation and room 1129 shouldn’t have guests until the smell and leakages are fixed.

Sangat mengesankan menginap di hotel ini. Lokasinya yang berada di pinggir pantai menjadikan pengalaman menginap menjadi sempurna. Saya sangat menyukai pelayanan staffnya yang sangat membantu dari mulai awal check-in sampai dengan check-out. Apalagi harga hotel ini juga sangat murah, hanya 2,5 jutaan Rupiah saja/malamnya. Slightly dated rooms but it’s what you see in the photos. Breakfast buffet quality and it’s overpriced. Focus seems to be more on quantity of options rather than quality.

Breakfast had a lot of options, but portions were very, very small. You'd have to order ahead if you're pressed for time. The rooms were clean and spacious, but a little dated. The location was great if you're attending a meeting at the convention center.

Nothing bad to say about the place, it was a great hotel for us. A little bit on the old side, can use some updating, but it's part of the character of the hotel, being more on the traditionally built hotel.

It’s a big hotel, but not to big in the sense that you can still walk everywhere. That was nice! Very well suited for a family vacation. Breakfast was amazing. Kids club also amazing.

Our experience with the tour guide desk was not amazing since we didn’t want to have a pre-arrange (highly touristy) tour.

So large with various pools and restaurants. So many free activities on offer. Fabulous place, would love to return

It is a little more pricey than other Bali destinations, but still affordable for most.

Enormt stort hotelkompleks som ligger sentralt på Nusa Dua. Kun ca.30 minutter fra Denpar internasjonale flyplass, og 30 minutter fra havnen hvor båtene går ut til Gili-øyene, Nusa Penida og Nusa Lembongan. Hotellet har tennisbaner, squash-baner og styrkerom. Spa-fasiliteter og mulighet til massasje, men til en svært dyr pris sammenlignet med prisene utenfor hotellet. Frokosten var variert med mange valgmuligheter - både kaldrenter og varmretter. Hotellrommet hadde alt av nødvendig utstyr; kjøleskap, safe, bad med alt av tilbehør. Senga var god. Et svært godt hotell med god atmosfære.

Prisene på hotellet er svært dyrt sammenlignet med prisene utenfor hotellet. Dette gjelder mat, drikke, utflukter, leie av bil/ moped, massasje etc.
