Having stayed at this hotel since so many years its become for us a sort of home away from home.our family is so used to its rooms and ambience and location that they feel very comfortable now and prefer this hotel to any other.
The prices have shot up drastically this time probably due to start of the summer vacation season.

I don’t know if I liked something. I did not find any outstanding thing to like something.
Maybe, the sight from the 12 floor was interesting.
The swimming pool was removed.
Some facilities in the bathroom was not working properly (sink clogged, linking faucet)
The second day, the room was not cleaned automatically. For a hotel with 4*, this is not acceptable.
In fact, we did not realised the hotel is far with 45mn at least from Natural Museum, Buckingham Palace, etc…
The transport means are so bad, such as bus or taxis; due to a lot of congestion, the buses did not come at time at all. We lost a lot of time and the children were too exhausted to walk.

Loved the concierge staff! They were so helpful in receiving an urgent laptop charger while we were out for the day. The size of the room was good for our family of 3 with a teeneager. The location is also very convenient, and the area felt safe with good food options nearby.

Zentrale Lage. Gut mit Bus und Tube erreichbar. Größe des Zimmers für Familien mit zwei Kindern absolut ausreichend. Super Fitnessstudio. Schöne Bar und Frühstücksräumlichkeiten.
Zimmer kommen in die Jahre. Das Bad entspricht nicht mehr einem 4* Standard.

Eine super zentrale Lage direkt an der U-Bahn Station auf der anderen Straßenseite, auch die Paddington Station ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, frisch und die Räume hier waren auch renoviert und modern ausgestattet.
Wir haben einen Early-Check in angefragt, dieser wurde bestätigt. Als wir anreisten, hieß es, es sei unmöglich. Das fand ich sehr schade, da ich allein mit 2 jungen Kindern angereist bin und die Reise sonst anders geplant hätte, wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass wir einen ganzen Tag in der Stadt die Zeit rumschlagen müssten. - Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Lage mit schönem Ausblick im 12. Stock, allerdings war der Zustand der Ausstattung sehr verwohnt mit z.B. stark abgenutzten Möbelkanten, schief hängenden Schranktüren. Das Badezimmer war zwar sauber, aber auch in einem nicht mehr zeitgemäßem Ausstattungszustand. Alles wirkte einfach sehr alt und das hat unser Wohlbefinden ziemlich gesenkt, da man das Gefühl hatte man hat eine Zeitreise gemacht.

Limpieza justa de la habitación. Había bastante polvo en el mobiliario. Al ser tan grande el edificio había que cruzar edificios para acceder a la habitación.

- das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, kaputte Knöpfe im Aufzug, kaputte Fensterscheiben, Bettlaken, Fliesen im Bad, Fugen im Bad, Deckenspots im Bad...
- Sauberkeit: das Zimmer war staubig, das Bett hatte Flecken auf und unter dem Laken,
- Auswahl der Käsesorten und der Kaffee beim Frühstück, Frühstücksraum je nach Frühstückszeit teilweise zu klein.

I didn't like the dealings of some of the receptionists, they were never cooperative, especially the brown man and the brunette woman.. I didn't like that the phone in my room wasn't working, it was a bad thing.. I didn't like that the hand washing sink in my bathroom was broken and could not get rid of water, and the box of napkins was full of dust and it was not cleaned throughout my stay. Also, the buffet food is not changed or anything new. Unfortunately, the hotel was not previously.

Habitación correcta para 5 personas, aunque la cama hacía ruido.
La ubicación es razonable, a 20' a pie de Hyde Park.
El desayuno estaba bien, aunque había bastante gente.
Lo que he puesto antes, el desayuno es bastante masivo y había una cama que hacía ruido. El resto todo bastante correcto.

Location was ideal when travelling by train into Paddington Station.
The room had a stale smell as a result of water damage to carpet. Raised concern and had to move rooms, resulting on not settling in room until just before midnight. Delay was due to staff being sent to room to assess and then having to have a conversation with reception before a decision was reached to move rooms. This was really disappointing.

Superb location. Friendly staff including a trainee receptionist called Zain . He was so helpful and made us feel welcomed
Leaking toilet flush. Very noisy thought the night and very annoying. Unacceptable in such hotel were you pay a lot for comfort

Er konden geen ramen open in de kamer waardoor het zeer benauwd was en hierdoor ook slecht geslapen.
Bedden van de kinderen (slaapbank) waren totaal doorgezakt.

location was really easy to jump on buses and underground. If you like Lebanese restaturants then the street is the best place with tons of options pretty affordable.
The room was really small for a family of four. We've got a room in the last section of the hotel and had to take walk like a lot with the kids. I dont know what happened but in the hall there was a persistent stink.

Aardig personeel. Het ontbijtbuffet was prima en de kamers waren ruim.
De locatie is in een minder goede buurt, waar ik me als vrouw alleen niet volledig veilig voelde om 's avonds rond te wandelen. Toen ik in de Tyburn Market was, is mijn jas ontvreemd.
