It was a bit difficult to get to Central London but there is a bus stop right outside so not too bad

Meal was very good , travel to airport good, 👌

Was handy location for my work

Car park fee £17 per day was not on booking info. Room had no heating and was quite cold. Room serviced each day which was not needed. New towels each day were not necessary. Disturbed sleep each night due to selfish noisy guests leaving in early hours each day.

wasn’t that clean, long brown hairs on the bathroom wall, the towels had stains on . the beds were really hard and the pillows really thin. the windows weren’t sealed properly and the traffic could be heard

Easy check in. Handy airport shuttle. Nice bar. Food was ok.

Seemed like a long wait for shuttle coming home. They wouldn't come until we were at the bus stop.

we booked this hotel with parking for a stopover before flying from Gatwick and again on the way home. We would definately stay here here again
