location close to Gatwick airport, shuttle service to airport, great breakfast

had a minor communication issue with property re shuttle service from Gatwick

I really recommend this place!

Water coming through the bathroom ceiling! Taxi not booked as requested.

Stayed in the family room, lovely and clean. Very large, spacious room.

Due to issues at the airport and my son's flight being cancelled I didn't actually get to sleep here. I spent a couple of hours at the location with my son relaxing before we were able to take him to the airport. I was meant to come back and sleep the night but obviously flights are cancelled and we ended up staying in the airport. So my rating is based off. Just spending a couple of hours there. When we arrived the staff of very friendly and lovely. The room was small but for the price I paid it was absolutely amazing. The shower and toilet area spotless and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was tea and coffee and TV with plenty of channels for the price of the room. It was amazing. I'm just upset I never got to sleep there and see what it was like but for the experience I had just in those couple of hours. It was wonderful will definitely be booking it again. Hopefully I get to sleep there this time lol

It was comfortable with a good shower. A lovely breakfast. and was close to the airport Suited us for one night between flights

Top (3rd) floor with heavy holiday cases was not great. The shower room perhaps could have been cleaner round the skirtings.

Location.

The location of the stay was very good, close to train station to London and Gatwick airport, and the room we stayed in was quiet to sleep. The hosts were very courteous,

The breakfast, which I thought initially was reasonably priced, left us ... puzzled - we went for the continental option, wherein four people went for cereal. The host directed us to use the milk in the fridge, which we helped ourselves to, however after third person finished pouring milk on the cereal, the host took away the milk and the fourth person was left without milk for their cereal. We also ran out of milk for tea/coffee. In addition we were asked if we would like toast, which we accepted but never saw. The decor in the rooms had definitely seen better days, but can't complain too much for the price we paid for the rooms.

Bus stop right outside - with a direct bus going to Gatwick (saved the day for me). Not much else, apart from how close it was to Gatwick and low-cost of room.

Main issue was communication from hotel and the taxi (they apparently booked for me) did not show up when I needed to get to Gatwick! I stood for 20min in the rain with my luggage 🙄 Additionally, I tried to contact someone, but had no communication or response! Small room, hard bed (slept for only an hour or so) and thin walls (noisy)

Location and the staff. Overall wasn't bad but can be better.

Iocation was excellent for access to Gatwick Airport and the breakfast was very nice .

Very close to shops, bars restaurant and airport. But stop just across road.

Nothing i didn't like was great for a stop over before our flight.

Mattress were not comfortable

The hospitality of the staff there out of this world. real, genuine and honest hospitality. They will do whatever they can to help you. Honestly, I felt that I was surrounded by a loving family, rather than a hotel. Thanks for all of you!

Photos don’t match room. Deceiving. Room at the back with no charm and too dark a path to reach it.

Location was excellent, very close to the airport and shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and we were given the family room so we could all be together. It had 2 bathrooms, one was very modern with big mirrors and waterfall shower the other one in the adjoining room could so with some TLC, the shower didn't drain so had to have a quick shower before I flooded the bathroom. If you're of a bigger size I would suggest using the bigger bathroom as this one is very small. The room had a little door to the courtyard which was amazing and saved the smokers a trip through the hotel to go out the front.

The car park is very small and difficult to manouvre in and out of but otherwise that's the only small issue.

A typical guest house, economical so ok. Very near the airport so it is convenient for a nights stay. Outstanding staff service which is appreciated.

Rather dated. Bed hard for my taste. Pillows need replacing.

Close to Gatwick and nice town Hurley.

Bathroom, I could hardly move in it. It was really hard to wash never mind shower.
