Landladyの心配りが随所に感じられる、心地よいお宿です。部屋はコンパクトながらも必要なものは揃えてあり、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ポット、アイロン、無料のおやつや菓子パン、充電器まであり、お菓子は足りなければ言ってねと仰って下さいました。到着前は宿までの行き方が詳細に示されたメッセージが届きます。チェックアウト時もわざわざ空港まで送って下さいました。感謝です。

Have stayed at the property twice, once for an early morning flight and the other on return from a late flight. Is in a good location to the airport. Took about 15mins max to walk with my suitcase. The park is lovely and I felt safe walking through at night and early morning as a solo female traveller. Is not far walking distance from Horley town which has a pub and some shops. The host was lovely, I got confused about which exit to use from the airport (as there are a few) and they guided me over the phone and met me at the property. The room itself had enough space for me to open up my suitcase and had lots of snacks and toiletries- way more than any hotel I have stayed at. The room even had a microwave, toaster, fridge and washing machine along with a kettle and hairdryer so you could easily stay more than one night and have everything you need. When I got in from my late flight the host have me a bottle of wine and extra snacks so I didn’t have to go out for food. So kind, will definitely stay here again if travelling from Gatwick.

There was some confusion re whether the path was open from the airport due to flooding therefore I took the train to Horley & walked from the station & back the following morning for my flight. This worked out OK but it would have been more convenient if I had walked direct from the airport. Very good facilities although the bathroom was very small. It's difficult to have a power shower without getting your hair wet! The heating was supposed to be on 20 degrees but it didn't feel that warm until the morning when I noticed the radiator was then definitely on. I used the extra duvet from the cupboard so I was warm enough. I would have appreciated instructions on how to use a smart TV as I don't have one at home! Had to phone the manager. I would choose to stay here again now I am familiar with everything! The manager was helpful. Thank you.

As I walked in, the host welcomed me with a friendly chat, setting a great tone. Before I even got there, the host shared all the details on reaching the place, making my arrival a breeze. This property is a blend of modern charm inside and out. Safety-wise, the security system for both doors gave that extra peace of mind. Picture a comfy room with a study lamp for those late-night work vibes and a secret stash of duvets in the closet for extra snuggle. The host set up the room with all the electronic essentials: washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, and even a toaster! Feeling hungry? No worries, ordering food here was smooth sailing. They had me covered with a fire blanket, complimentary snacks, and all the utensils I needed. The bathroom was not just spacious but had a Dental kit, for those just in case you forgot situations. And let's not forget the wifi, strong and reliable. Bonus: the host was on speed dial in case I needed anything. Overall, staying here was a good experience!

Accessibility (related to rain and route):Due to recent rain, the suggested route through the park became challenging to navigate, particularly as I found myself sliding, and the tunnel was partially impassable due to water accumulation. This could pose a risk of falling. For those with larger suitcases, maneuvering through such conditions becomes quite a challenge. Stairs: Additionally, if it rains, guests may require waterproof boots. Another aspect to consider is the narrow-tread steps on the stairs. The heels extend significantly off the stair tread, making it difficult to walk normally up the steps. I had to place my foot slightly sideways along the width rather than the depth of the step, which could be inconvenient.

Walking distance to Gatwick airport where I had a flight the next day. It’s only a micro bnb but the facilities provided are even much better than some hotels I’ve stayed at. Very helpful and lovely host who stayed up until nearly 1am waiting for me to come back after a night out, very much to my surprise. I would’ve came back earlier if I’d knew 🥺

Host was very helpful with walking directions. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious! Didn’t hear any plane noise.

I felt uncomfortable walking with suitcase in dark but during day a lovely walk to airport. Perhaps because my suitcase was so noisy!

Booked room only bed comfy bedding clean plenty complimentary toiletries more amenities than I expected . Kettle iron microwave hairdryer . Plenty tea and coffee shower was hot and everything clean

The lady who owns it is so accommodating and supportive. She walked me to the airport to meet my friend for dinner the night of my arrival and woke up again at 5am to walk me and help with my luggage so I got to the airport without worry or stress.

My suitcase was too heavy and wheels insufficient to walk the fifteen mins to the accommodation comfortably

As I recall, smallish room had a washing machine and microwave in addition to the usual facilities. Pleasant walk to get there with just a day bag.

Coming back from LGW after evening is central London, walking back through un illuminated woodland was out of the question, I went one stop on a local bus and walked, as couldn’t find a taxi rank.

Unbelievably close to airport. Could walk through beautiful park to get there. Kind, generous host- never seen SO many snacks , tea, coffee. Great upmarket toiletries. Host took me to airport and carried a bag! Much better than big hotels on airport site

It was a bit of a walk from the airport. But the owner was kind enough to come and pick me up!

Clean well organised, lovely hostess.

This is a hybrid accomodation that needs rating differently. Bathoom was small, walls very thin, so easily disturbed. My biggest concern, although many snacks in room, getting any real food for dinner or breakfast is very difficult, either local shop with very limited choice, or order a takeaway from a personnaly unknown source. I was very hungary by checkout.

The location was good because it’s close to the Gatwick Airport. The host was really nice.

It was hard to get to the property from the station. They have the washing machine but not dryer.

Natalie the host was incredible. I was very late arriving, but she waited up for me and explained the security, room amenities etc I then had an early start the next morning and she walked me to the terminal while pushing her scooter with my bag on! I mean WOW! Natalie then took me right into the terminal and up to the checkin area to ensure I arrived safely.

Walking distance from the airport. Friendly and family like support to help the customers before and during the stay. The host is so kind and nice to let me comfortable. All the necessary equipments are furnished.

The owner was incredibly helpful, and really really lovely. The area was extremely pretty and only a 15 minute walk through the park to get there. We were provided with plenty of tasty snacks and very cute toiletries including a toothbrush each and a mini toothpaste. In the morning the host helped us find where we needed to be which we were very grateful for. Really recommend.

The place is close to the airport but very quiet. It is perfect when you need to have a comforting shower and rest before you flight.
