Excellent. Thinking to return . A couple of members of staff, Irina Popescu and a reception lady, saved my evening in helping me with a water proof jackeet wich I realised I needed desperately and it was too late to buy one, for the Scorpions concert. Really, really helpful.

Poor breakfast, old hotel

The hotel is easily reachable

Windows cannot be opened

the room was very clean.

The mini bar was to poor and not working the drinks was hot! The topper of the bed was very dirty and the suplimentar pillow was smell and I can't use it. The parking was included in the price but they send me to one parking with money, I payed again. Saying at personal this things didn't even bother me. and I also say that they have 4 stars! disappointing!

Breakfast was good Clean

It was very hot in the room, the AC didn’t seem to work, no window to open. It was like a sauna for me each morning and evening. Lucky that I had a very busy schedule so I came in the room only to shower and sleep

Good location and parking included. Breakfast was as expected.

Quite outdated hotel. It really needs refurbishment. The room we got had several issues: loud noises coming from the air circuit (even with the airco turned off), clogged sink, when taking a shower the bathroom filled with water.
