The central location was great for sightseeing around the centre.
I didn’t have a table in the room to write cards or work on the computer.
Tissues box or coffee machine in the room will be great.

L'emplacement dans la ville. L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel.
La salle de bains est très petite. Les toilettes sont coincées sous le lavabo, il ne faut pas de trop grande jambes!
La douche dans la baignoire n'est pas pratique

The breakfast was subpar. The people did a good job keeping the place clean and food refilled though.

Perfect location to walk and explore Lisbon. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are bit small but I'm American.

Small but very cozy hotel in the heart of Lisbon, very convenient location! if you are looking for a hotel where you can spend the night and spend the rest of the day walking around the city, this is the perfect choice. And I also want to highlight the friendly staff of two men at the reception who were extremely polite and friendly, helped with all questions and helped with the main points of visit in the city😊 thank you from Ukraine 🇺🇦

Had a bit of a paint smell, seems like it had been painted recently. unfortunately, during our stay, hot water stopped working, but the team had a great response and provided us instructions and adequate options.

Location was the main highlight of this hotel, that and the friendly staff. We managed to walk to all the main attractions, and the staff were all really friendly. The windows were really soundproof, we couldn’t hear anything from outside when they were closed. The beds were really comfy too and the room was a decent size for the three of us.
Breakfast could have been better, we all managed to find something to eat with croissants etc, but it could have been a bit fresher, and toast would have been ideal. The bathroom was a bit dated but didn’t bother us, but a few extra mirrors in the room would have been great.

Great central location with attractions in walking distance. Small but very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good as well. Excellent value for money overall.
There wasn't an awful lot of storage space for your bags and clothes.

I especially appreciated the kindness of the staff and the position. The room was cleaned everyday. The hotel is next to a lovely pedestrian area full of bars and restaurants and a few minutes from Avenida de Libertade and the metro station. The staff was always available to meet our needs...I would like to stay again! Thank you a lot.
Maybe the price was too high, but it was high season and all hotels were expensive. Besides, I would suggest to add a few shelves in the rooms, there is little space to put things, especially for long stays.

A family is running the hotel, it gives a home vibe feeling. They did everything they could to try and help us.
They also made sure we had a suitable food at breakfast (GF/Vegan).
The sink at the restroom is very close to the toilet, it is both weird and uncomfortable.
Other than that, everything was great.

The place is very well located, central and there are lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The staff were helpful and very friendly and there was a nice little balcony in the room. The street was quiet at night and seemed very safe.
The room was rather small, for the price it cost, it was a little bit not value for money. There weren't many towels provided in the room, one big towel for four nights was not enough. The staff did provide me with another towel upon request, without a problem, but I felt that I shouldn't have needed to ask and there should have been two big towels provided in the room itself.
