Super good location, nice and elegant place, good service with nice staff, room and bed is cozy, and I really like they used an android tablet as in-room menu and phone - what a good use of modern tech!

My twin-bed room (as superior king room) only has one basin, could be arranged better. Water pressure and temp is a bit lower than expected in my room (level 6)

The room was well furnished and clean. The bed was comfortable.

We were given a wheelchair access room so our bathroom did not have a shower screen or step down.There were support rods everywhere like a hospital bathroom. After complaining they offered us a room much later with no lift access and smaller. We were tired and did not want to waste time changing. Hotels should not just palm off wheelchair access rooms to guests booked so far in advance without getting the guests consent prior to check in. We were very disappointed.

Personal im Restaurant, es fehlt eine Führung welche das junge Team unterstützen und besser einführen kann. Beim Frühstück wurde der Speck total verbrannt serviert, sowohl der Mitarbeiter in der Küche und im Service haben nicht reagiert. Haben die Übernachtung haben wir mit Frühstück reserviert, dennoch mussten wir bei der Wahl von den Speisen einen Aufpreis bezahlen. Entweder beinhaltet der Betrag sämtliche Speisen oder dann den Frühstückspreis erhöhen.

had an issue with our shower flooding due to a blocked drain but staff were quick to attempt to resolve this and then upgrade us.

$40 for parking overnight felt a bit pricey but a friendly staff told me an option of parking outside for $7 for all day I wish the serving portion size of my main dish were a little bigger Otherwise the meal itself was absolutely delicioso!

A new find, and now a new favourite. Wonderful service, and quite possibly the best restaurant in Ōtepoti. This is a must-stay place and a must-book restaurant. Totally recommend.

Staff were unwaveringly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great. The car parking service was quick and convenient.

It could have been made clearer when booking that 'breakfast included' only meant continental breakfast. It was disappointing that coffee or tea wasn't included in the breakfast. It was irritating that we couldn't swap the continental breakfast for an alternative breakfast of equal value, or just pay the difference for a more expensive option (instead, we had to pay the full amount for the alternative).
