Everything was fabulous about our room and hotel staff service was exceptional. We dined at Parcels with the set graduation menu which was divine. We will be back now we have found the perfect Dunedin Hotel.

Staff came immediately to view the main T.V. that wasn't switching on. It wasn't able to be sorted properly but a temporary process was shown to us. However not a big problem as we left the set going while we went to dinner, and didn't really need it the following morning as we were checking out.
Perhaps a bathroom joining the bedroom, though were told we were upgraded, and I guess that layout is the norm.?

Excellent quality of interior inviting look and rooms. Top service both generally and within the restaurant. Central location.

Room size and cleanliness was very good.
Do not prepay for breakfast. Do not prepay for your breakfast. I had an urgent call and was 5 mons late for breakfast and they would not refund the breakfast. To make it worse they charged an additional 14 dollars for two bottles or water and did not even give this for free as compensation.

The bed was amazing in level 8. It was comfortable, warm and huge. Everything we needed, and more. We asked for flatter pillows for the bed and within the time it took to get upstairs there was a call to say housekeeping had some for us. 15mins tops. excellent service

Good location, great bed, treated well.
Grandson & granddaughter who are students at University had dinner with us one evening and grandson rated it as the best meal he had had in Dunedin, (second year student).

So accomodating for our wee girl with additional needs. Staff were lovely and everything was clean tidy and perfect !! Highly recommend and will most definitely stay here again, thank you.

The bathroom is very nice, especially the tub.
The executive room 517 had windows that couldn't be opened up.

Lobby is dark and unwelcoming - don’t be put off. Price of parking is expensive.

Awesome location, restaurant and service with very comfortable beds. Highly recommend this if looking for a nice hotel experience.

The room was very nice but only having one lift to access the level was disappointing as had to wait some time for it due to number of people arriving at the same time.
Didn't like that I had to pay for a carpark when the room was expensive anyway. Also the cost of the breakfast is on the high side especially for a cooked breakfast.

The size of the room, the facilities and overall comfort. Great bed and very quiet.
Ambiance of restaurant and lounge area. Coffee pods in room weren’t great. Kitchenette facilities could be better.
