I did like the soap in the bathroom and the coffee in the kitchen. The carpet, walls and curtains looked great. I also did like the garden view.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very clean. Plenty of lounge seating and spacious living area. Walking distance to all activities (restaurants, uni, sports, museums and shopping.) Welcoming staff. My Uncle arrived night before, (different room), and they had a lamp on as well as heat so nice and cosy.

Extra blankets in our room (2 bedroom apartment) would have been good (borrowed the ones from my Uncles) and since the room was so large (pitched roof) the 2 small heaters only took the chill off but struggled to actually heat it.

Central location. Reasonable price. Had a small kitchen which was handy.

Unit and property were being renovated while we stayed. Work in progress so hopefully on the mend. Unit carpets so dated they are threadbare and falling apart. Light fixtures hanging off walls. No real sound proofing so trucks driving past rattled the walls. Flooring in bathroom lifting. Contractor spraying roof at time dripping sealing chemicals on walkways and us walking on pathways. Gutters leaking. Overlooking someone's tip backyard. Not the quietest area with drunken uni students walking around midweek. Needs renovating urgently.

Close to university~ The place is spacious and cosy!

Since the house is made of wood, the sound of walking is quite loud. But overall it was a great stay!
