Was really great and I’m a fairly central location.
I was in room 3. The fuse board on the way into the bathroom was open to the elements. So it was technically in the bathroom with as a builder just doesn’t sit right with me. It DEFINITELY needs a cover over it at the very least.

A very cosy studio apartment that, while being fairly dated, was very clean and comfortable. Good value for the price.
You could hear the other guests moving around upstairs which was a bit annoying late at night.

Great spot to stay in Duniden. Very clean and amazing out dog was allowed there too. Would go there again!!

Location perfect, immaculately clean, hot strong shower, good sized rooms. Happy our dog could stay too.
Perfectly adequate facilities. If staying for longer period a full oven would be helpful (has 2 stove top induction elements). Noise from upstairs room is noticeable but won’t stop us from staying again. Cleanliness of the whole suite was noted & very impressive! Beds and pillows super comfy!

No dishwasher, and it’s not sufficient that there is only one toilet in three-bedrooms apartment.

This was our third time staying here and in general, the service is always exceptional and the value for money is really good considering the location of this motel. We would happily stay again, any problems we had were quickly sorted and the owners as so lovely.
If you want a quiet room, I recommend getting a 2nd floor room. We have never had a problem previously, but a noisy guest above us meant we did not get much sleep the first night. This isn't the motel's issue and when I mentioned it, the owner was very quick to offer us a quieter room so I have nothing bad to say about how it was handled.

Location to town was great. Owner was super friendly we had 2 bedroom apartment it was huge, had 2 entrances and a private park right near the door back door. Could take our wee dog with us.
