We got a free room upgrade which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and explained everything at check in. The parking was available in front of the hotel and was free of charge.

The breakfast. There was no coffee machine, but only little bags of instant coffee (same as in the rooms); The food variety was definitely lacking and the quality as well (will come to that later). The only bread available was toast bread. There was no sliced cheese. Sliced salami came in only two types. The salami is what I suspect to be the source of what I can only describe as food poisoning, as that is the only thing I have eaten throughout the day and my partner, who had no issues, hasn’t.

Staff were awesome at a stressful time and made extending our stay a couple of times seamless. Thank you

The location was great, and we liked that it had a separate room for the kids in the room we had.

The high cost due to it being the Easter weekend and the fact that if you booked direct with the hotel, we could have had breakfast included but instead we had to pay an extra $60 per morning, on top of our booking itself (which was already higher due to the long weekend) we stayed for 2 nights.

Everything else was excellent. Great staff. Great breakfast.

Room was cold, outside the main building...as it was a cold night...so blanket was provided. Heat pump worked ok.

Impressive continental breakfast and lovely comfortable beds

Excellent hotel with smart and comfortable rooms. The staff were super friendly as well. I also enjoyed the addition of the pool and hot tub.

Breakfast was nice, but I thought a little pricy for a continental option

We had booked for a Saturday night - Cancelled our booking at the last minute Saturday early morning with no reasoning. When we called - they had available rooms for a higher price.
