The room was big enough to accommodate us 5 people. The room and kitchen was clean. The pool was very nice. The showers and toilets were also clean. And the location close to the CBD is also great.

There were only 2 shared toilets and 2 showers on the floor which were often occupied in the morning. The showers need some maintenance, in one the tile was loose and in the other one the door didn’t shut. Our room was located to the street side therefore it was quite loud in the night

This was a last minute stay for only one night, but was exactly what we needed. Good size, comfortable, deck was a bonus. Quiet. We didn't use any facilities but looked good from what I saw. Staff were helpful with assisting us to check in after hours.

There was a terrible smell in the foyer, there were no staff, the milk i. The fridge was expired, the pool amd spa were not heated, overpriced 2 star accommodation

Loved that this location is central to everything. The kids loved the pool. The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. I also thought the encouraging wording along the staircase was pretty funny but very cool.

Disliked the stairs when we first arrived, but took them as a challenge every time, ended up running up them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Rachel who worked reception desk and made extra effort to accomodate my early arrival. Kitchen was well stocked and clean, room was wonderful -- clean, large and well equipped. Shampoo, Body Wash, Conditioner, Sosp and fluffy towels a nice plus. Highly reccomend.

They are finishing up renovations, so during work hours thete are good number of workers on premise and accompanying noise. Not a big issue.

I was positively surprised! The place looks very nice. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff was friendly, the location was in the center of the city next to the park. Even the shared kitchen was very big and fully equipped for multiple people cooking and eating at the same time! Everything was great!

There was still construction, so there was no access to the pool. This should be finished very soon though! The room was cleaned while I was away even though I did not hang up the sign. Not a big problem, but keep that in mind.

The old fashioned building does not lend itself to give the surface that they envision to provide. Renovations are still ongoing, hopefully a larger bathroom with ventilation is planned! Furthermore we found mold in the kettle, which was a bit pointless anyways because the sink is too small to fill it up No elevator Definitely not a 4 star hotel!

We are happy support here for my son’s basketball team games tournament that we are stay there for two night! Fresh air outside not much time because of my son important first and go out shopping have a fun day.

Only bunk bed and single uncomfortable sleep night time. Queen bed comfort and that shower is good 😊.

Clean and tidy room. For the price, I think it was value for money.

The shower was too high to get in and out of. Abit of a tight squeeze in the shared bathroom.

We put our food in the refrigerator and someone ate it.

The location was good and closeby to the park and town centre.

The beds were of poor quality, old and stinky mattress and room with no ventilation. The recptionist gave the wrong entry code for the door and that resulted us staying outside for 10-15 mins in cold weather with the children.

Service was good . Close to main city walking distances

Stairway need to put signs whatch steps & slowly going up& down Stairway. Be safer

I enjoyed the peace & quiet. Also the Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definately highly recommend this affordable and wonderfully located accomadation to all my friends and family.

I didnt like to leave lol But I'll be back 😊
