A lot of noise coming from outside my room at night from hotel next door. my room was not serviced for the 3 days I stayed. I was told by staff member that I had not requested & paid for it when I booked. where does it ask you if you want your room serviced on the booking site???The size of the room was tiny. tiny closet. Bathroom facilities were clean but inconvenient. each time I showered, the floor was flooded each time.

the King room was tiny despite king bed. single window overlooking the pub car park. I wouldn’t bother with king room if we stayed again. website and photos need to be updated to reflect the is no cafe on the ground floor anymore.

Room was spacious and just right for our stay plus the location is great. Staff were very pleasant and helpful too.

Sink hardly usable as fixed too low. Fridge wasn't cleaned properly. Aircon units outside window. Very noisy

the room was small and dark and like a prison cell, two small tiny windows let in no light at all, not 1 cleaner entered our room in 6 days and there was lots of flies in the room not sure how as never opened a window, they also need to update photos as there is no cafe below would not stay here again

Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Rooms not cleaned once during our 5 day stay. Toilet paper, tissues, soap etc not replenished. Noisy neighbouring guests, not kept under control by hotel staff. Staff didn’t seem interested when asked to do something about it consecutive days.

Great location, good size room for a 2 night stay. Staff helped us find the free parking spots nearby - they were super helpful and friendly.

Bathroom door was oddly heavy, so we couldn't prop it open to air it out, we had to leave the light and exhaust going.

rooms were large. there is a shared kitchen and space to eat. it’s located near lots of great restaurants. it’s. a short walk or bus ride to Coogee

Room was a bit small. Bathroom was a bit tight.

1. no parking space. they have got only 2 parking spaces and it was full all the time. so i have to park my car on the street for 2 days. 2. no microwave oven. 3. no washbasin, water tap

Clean Rooms

Stayed on the lower ground level which is essentially a basement. no natural light, only 3 rooms down there and a communal kitchen and laundry which is continuously noisy. through the night you can hear people walking and moving around on the upper floors. the bathroom was so tiny that you could barely sit on the toilet and surely does not meet the legal requirement for space. the staff were not friendly, standing there for 5 minutes whilst they spoke about their shift right in front me whilst I was attempting to check in and was absolutely ignored. we were not asked how our stay was, and when an item was left in the room, was spoken to rudely that there wasn’t much they could do.
