Everything was perfect

La posizione ottima, 5/10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Stratford. Nelle vicinanze Starbucks, Nando's, Wendy's, Chopstix, Mc Donald, e molto altro dentro il centro commerciale. La struttura è buona per chi ha intenzione di girare molto o comunque di star poco in hotel, gli spazi della stanza non sono chissà che cosa ma i letti erano molto comodi e la stanza era fornita di grucce, phon, shampo e bagnoschiuma.

La moquette mi ha personalmente creato disagio a causa della mia allergia. Una cosa veramente disturbante è stato il lavandino: una volta aperta l'acqua, si sentiva una puzza di fogna preoccupante. Non sembrava essere l'acqua a puzzare ma la puzza c'era e personalmente era veramente preoccupante. Non so se è un fatto generale e caratteristico di Londra, comunque ho finito per usare una bottiglia d'acqua potabile comprata al supermercato per lavarmi i denti. Dalla doccia non c'era lo stesso problema, ma mi sono sentita comunque poco a mio agio.

The rooms and the passage were not clean. The bathroom was like a capsule, very small.

The location was very convenient. It is less than 10 minutes walk to Stradford train station. All shops, restaurants and supermarkets are near by. The hotel is neat and comfortable. The rooms are soundproof and I had one of my best sleeps ever :) There is an AC in the room, which made things even better. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Loved everything about the hotel.

Rooms and bathrooms need updating but fine for a night. Able to check in early for £10 which was good. Suitcases were kept by reception for the day after we checked out which was very useful.

Really friendly staff that were so helpful! And location is absolutely ideal, only a 10 minute walk from Stratford station and Westfield shopping centre.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite varied and overall tasted good.

The location was really noisy, but worst of all, the nearest car park was about a mile away. so had to walk for 15 mins with my case in the dark when I checked in, and the same the following morning.

During last 6 years we visit this hotel Several times. Last week feel the place is not the same. In the breakfast, diferent days we had to ask staff for Knifes, forks, dishes even baguette bread last day that staff told at 9 o clock sunday “its not avaliable. Last 2 days no champu in the bath We feel the hotel service its a Little bit decadent

Good location with easy access to Stratford Westfield. Offers food late into the evening (but not room service). Clean and had everything needed for a night.

Only one lift that always seemed to take forever to arrive. Beds not the most comfortable.
