our ocean view room have a door maybe connect other room. So that’s very noise when guests say something in next door. We can heard very clearly. which means the sound insulation is very very very poor.

Toilet was flooded every morning so is so inconvenient for us to call the maintenance man to come in and fix the toilet at 5am in the morning.

We booked a pool view room which was great with a shady balcony and a large daybed which gave us an awesome location with a view out over the swimming pools.

Noisy weddings on site

It was very clean and spacious. Service was top notch. Our room ( suite ) was awsome.

I think the prices for food and beverages are too high. We had half board but for kids you cannot order a soda ( cola) but have to choose for some ice tea. Cola is around 3- 3,5 euro extra. Small thing considering the money we spent but a bit annoying. Better to offer soda in the package.

The resort was lovely and the service was exceptional.

De kwaliteit is net niet 5 sterren. Er waren vrij weinig bedjes. En de prijzen erg hoog voor Bali begrippen.

Awesome service. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Very big compound and we spend everyday stayed in the hotel, enjoying the pool and beach. The seafood restaurant (Eight Degrees South) serve very fresh seafood and delicious meal. We had our dinner there for the last 3 nights of our stay. Wish we had tried this place earlier. Stayed in the King deluxe room on the ground floor, facing water garden, we can walk out directly yo the beach.

Nothing much outside the hotel, just some local shops and a mini mart. There was quite strong petrol smell from the jet ski at the beach area as there were a lot of water activities going on. Beach had quite a lot of seaweed, not as clear.

They had varieties in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast area was not kept clean.

It’s a beautiful resort style property. This was our first time in nusa dua and it’s very different to Seminyak, where it’s much busier. You would come to this resort to slow down. We got the shuttle a couple of times to Bali Collection, where there are some shops and a few more restaurants to chose from for dinner. The staff are excellent at Conrad - always making sure you are happy. The pool staff are amazing too. Always helping us to find sun lounges out of the shade, when it got too hot. It’s a gorgeous place to come with your kids

Breakfast superb- Salmon Benedict every day Beach - Beach by the main pool was dirty with seaweed and smelt (probably the sea weed again). This didn’t bother us as we were more than happy by the main pool where there were always sun lounges available. Room - main issue,but not too much of one, were the light switches. There were so many and they weren’t labelled so it took some time selecting the correct switch. We will bring a labeller next time we visit!!!

Otel Adanın güneyinde olduğu için gezilecek yerlere ulaşım oldukça fazla zaman alıyor. Tesis içinde bulunan fotoğrafçı oldukça iyi fakat fotoğraf çekimi için oldukça fazla ücret ödemeniz gerekiyor.

Beautiful property with endless pools to relax, their Indonesian restaurant was tasty, staff were absolutely wonderful and the room was comfortable and spacious for our small family.

We were right next to the resorts outdoor venue space and it was LOUD. Although it was strictly turned off by 10pm, we would have appreciated if they told us prior that it would be that loud for 3 out of our 4 nights. With young kids it would be better placed somewhere else in the resort.

The hotel was so crowded and food at all of their restaurants are bad compared to other hotels in Nusa Dua area. Service was not as good as before as we stay often at this hotel. Also this hotel needs renovation soon.

Food and beverages, the room doesnt even have wine glasses, no coffee machine unlike other 5 stars hotel in Nusa Dua

De locatie is geweldig waardoor het bijna 100% zon garantie heeft.

Eindeloze gedoe met creditcard en krediet die ze moesten regelen. Uiteindelijk hebben ze 4x in terug geweest zodat ze met dezelfde creditcard het hebben kunnen regelen. Ik vond het rommelig en amateuristisch. Gezien de lovende recensies hadden we dit geboekt om te kunnen rouwen naar verlies van mijn vrouw en mijn dochter haar moeder. Zelfs die toelichting hielp niet om zaken snel te regelen. Heel jammer

The rooms are very spacious, quiet and very clean. There are three restaurants to choose from, so it gives a good variety of different tastes, as does the abundant breakfast buffet. The pool area is always clean, pool beds very comfortable with lots of towels, water dispensers and the possibility to order food and drinks at all times. And then there is the staff... completely beyond friendly we have ever experienced. The beach itself was not for swimming while we were there, the water was always shallow, but with the pool area and so many beautiful beaches in vicinity, it wasn't a factor for us. We would love to come back again and again!

Unglaublich schöne Anlage direkt am Strand mit großer gepflegter Poolanlage. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich im Sinne von herzlich und zugewandt. Der Park, die Wege, alles ist perfekt gepflegt. Ein sehr schöner Ort für ein Abendessen ist auch der Pavillon am Meer. An einem Abend gab es eine kulturelle Vorführung während des Abendessens, sie war in der Halbpension inklusive. Das indonesische Themen- Buffet war an dem Abend ganz besonders aufwändig und sehr lecker. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Es finden auf einer Rasenfläche am Rand täglich Hochzeiten statt, das stört aber gar nicht, sie enden schon gegen 22 Uhr. In den Ort sind wir nicht gegangen, wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Am ersten Abend haben wir uns in der weitläufigen Anlage ein wenig verlaufen, das exakte Einzeichnen der Lage des Zimmers auf dem Plan hätte die Suche erleichtert. Ansonsten war alles bestens!

No sun beds on the beach. Annoying people on the beach offering very expensive water sport activities (I believe that any 5 stars hotel shouldn’t allow them to enter its territory and disturb clients). 3 days in a row room cleaning was done after my complain only.
