The Hotel was exceptional in all aspects.

The people were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel had a great roof top terrace with pool looking over the city. The room came with a small kitchen which was really useful. Rooms were cleaned everyday and really comfortable.

The surrounding area wasn’t too central so we had to get a taxi to most places but there are buses and metros nearby. Careem for taxis is very useful.

Das Personal war super, super freundlich und zuvorkommend!! Die Apartments sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Preis/Leistung ist hervorragend. Nach Möglichkeit eines mit Balkon nehmen. Wir mochten die Lage, hatten einen Leihwagen den man beim Hotel parken konnte und konnten gut Dubai erkunden. Ggü vom Hotel ist direkt an der Ecke ein leckeres, indisches Restaurant, und einen Block entfernt Supermarkt, Apotheke und weitere Restaurants.

Popcorn für die Kinder nur von 16 bis 17 Uhr :-)

La gentillesse du pêrsonnel Le petit dejeuner sympa Un supermaché à 50 m et un merveilleux restaurant indien juste en face ( le kebab à 1 euros est une tuerie )

La habitación es muy grande, muy limpia. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar confortable. La cama una de las más cómodas que he probado. Los empleados muy amables y sonrientes

Las vistas, daban a la parte trasera descampado y parking. La nevera, no enfriaba Hacía mucho frío a veces en la habitación, pero me ponía albornoz No daban lo que ponía en la oferta: Palomitas, helados y todo lo que anunciaban como promoción , la bolsa con el nombre del hotel tampoco. Solo daban agua mineral y nada más. Limpiaban muy bien a diario pero un día no me dejaron papel higiénico, ni toalla. Tenía siempre la misma alfombrilla de baño,con manchas y un poco sucia. Todo muy limpio pero en mi estancia tenía las mismas sábanas y almohadones. No se cambiaron, tenía la misma mancha cada día. Gracias a algo que yo no mancho mucho. El último día les pedí un taxi para las 03:45 y no vino nadie. Bajé y el chico del relevo no sabía nada. Un empleado llamó a un taxi de la calle que había ahí y fue muy barato, lo único bueno. Casi pierdo el vuelo. Al llegar buen recibimiento, sonrientres, pero no dejaban hacer el checking antes y tuve que irme de tour hasta las 15 horas

Perfect!!!...Even though the hotel is located on a busy street you wouldn't feel that way once you enter the hotel. Staff at the front desk were very helpful, kudos to Avinash for his excellent customer service and going a step further to make sure the guests are comfortable. Rooms are very spacious, clean and the beds are very comfy. Breakfast is delicious and the spread is huge as well. Metro is within 10min walking distance, a super market just a few feet away and a lot of restaurants around. Also there's a free parking for the guests on the premises, which is great. Overall we really loved our stay at the hotel.

The staff are amazing and kind, they never say no whatever I ask for. I asked them for a birthday cake and they did everything and deliver it till the room, which I do really appreciate it. They have free parkings as well.

I reached the hotel 8 hours before check-in timing and they told me to add one more night in the reception with a price of two nights in Booking, which is very disappointing The room smelled very bad (Biriyani or some kind of foods) They entered the room to clean it while I didn't ask to, so it is better not to keep your things in the room if you are not there it was written that one of the good thing is in the hotel is the view, but unfortunately the view was of a cemetery

Hotel Savoy was excellent. Location is also convenient. Staff was very cordial and cooperative. Breakfast food was nice. Overall nice experience and can recommend to friends.

There was a confusion in booking and we had to pay for two rooms unnecessarily.
