Breakfast was ok. Room was not as big as expected considering it was an executive room and bathroom did not have an executive feel as it only had a bath with shower over it. Nothing special

Close to the lake and historic part of town. Friendly helpful staff.

Air conditioning for all the rooms was switched off. We found it difficult to cool the room, even with the window wide open.

The property pre authorized the whole amount of my stay few days prior, and did it twice by mistake. I informed the receptionist at my arrival, and not only I had to pay the price of the room, but I still have those two same amount blocked on my card.

All of the staff were excellent including Jose and Camille sorry not sure of the others names but they were equally amazing.

it was a little pricey but I suppose you get so many other benefits as you are really close to everything. The room that we actually booked was way to small but the staff had that all sorted for a difference of 10 euros per day.

Clean, comfortabele, very close to the old City.

Rooms a bit noisy. Complicated parking.
