Almost everything especially when this hotel opened a dozen years ago without yet upgrade/renovation.

Some (NOT ALL) restaurant on site service manager and team members seems cannot handle those big group "lower Q" ladies and gentlemen, they carry their pressures and attitudes over even after big group left to make extra noise on cleaning tables and fixing chair placements like working for 2 stars hotels...

The view is nice since it has 100F in SZ

Actually I didn’t check the package well bcoz I thought it were combined with breakfast. Finally I really understood it was sold with the night only.

Exceptional personal service - 5+ stars for the welcome and care while we were there!

We really enjoyed the room and the facilities within the room. The addition of a butler was an added bonus. The extra little touhes within the room also helped make our stay even better.

The restaurant was very busy - Elba - and although the staff did make refference to that during the meal, we would have liked to know that before we sat down. As we only ordered one course and had to wait over a hour for this, it was disaapointing. The staff did offer us a dessert free of charge for this delay which was creditable. The wines that were listed by the glass (8 of them) only 3 were available, again this could have been made clearer to us when ordering.

Staff were very attentive, facilities were exceptional, amazing views at the bars/restaurants. Rooms were so spacious and beautiful.

Location is near building work but that will change in a few years I think

The staff at the reception of the ADD venue were helpful. The views are great. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pretty great and had a decent selection. Couldn't ask for more to be honest.

The staff have this weird habit of greeting you after you have already walked past them. It's freaky. I have a choice to turn around and greet them back, which is annoying, or ignore them which is rude. Some of the waitresses in the ADD venue have oily and messy hair and look like they didn't shower in the morning. I'm not being a douche, some of them genuinely looked a mess. The check-in was quite impersonal. I was at Ritz-Carlton, in Futian before and they gave me a welcome drink of tea, were super friendly, spoke in a gentle voice, looked super well-groomed. If they had the same views, St. Regis would be out of business. don't rely on the views, people pay a lot of money to stay there. Go the extra mile. I feel like more info on the venues should be given in the room's info folder. The room service menu is crazy expensive... about 300RMB for a room service burger. The best burger restaurant in the world wouldn't charge that. A TV on a moveable bracket would help for people who want the news on while they work at the desk. The dinner buffet was excellent quality, but quite a boring selection.

The hotel is on the highest floor, but the view is mediocre. The hotel rooms are not very special.
