A bevasarlo kozponton keresztul pedig par perc setaval eljuttotunk az egyik metrovonalig! A szemelyzet is nagyon kedves volt, osszesegeben nagyon elegedettek voltunk a hellyel!

Hardly a 4* hotel. Swimming pool was difficult to access around being closed due to "cleaning" hours or other reasons. The patio bar was closed and there was no other bar offered at the hotel. Part of the reason we had chosen to stay at the hotel was for the patio bar and views across the harbor. It seemed that the bar was being used for wedding functions, but there should be somewhere for paid guests to sit and relax... especially when this is offered as a highlight of the hotel. In addition, a fuse in the room blew as the kettle was leaking, taking out all the lights. This was fixed relatively promptly, but the replacement kettle was left connected to a socket on the floor for days. TV didn't have the advertised channels. The entire stay was charged as a hold on my credit card 4 days before arrival (not stated in the booking.com or hotel booking documentation), despite a small hold (to test that the credit card was active) being taken at the time of booking (as per Booking.com and hotel policy). I happened to pay for the booking on another credit card, but the hold was not removed for a month! Despite my repeated requests to have it removed. To add to the experience, the hot water for the whole hotel was turned off for emergency repairs for at least 24 hours, with no warning. We were offered a few nights stay next time we stay at Harbour Plaza... with so many good choices in HK, I wouldn't stay there again. Not sure how it maintains the 4* rating. Staff were helpful. Rooms were clean. A good location for Hung Hom station.

When I come back to Hongkong I like to stay in and the transportation is very easy to get to what I want to go

There are stations, convenience stores, and restaurants near the hotel. The staff were also kind.

There was a miscommunication between the front desk and the spa. Although the front desk made my massage reservation, the spa staff were not letting me in. It was resolved once I walked back to the front desk. They need to improve their communication with the gym and spa staff.

I loved the view from our room( we could see the harbour and the hotel swimming pool), I loved how spacious the room was, the bathroom was clean and looked luxurious and the staff were nice and the location was great, so close to the subway station and shopping malls

I didn’t like that I ordered some extra towels to my room and when I tried to use the towels I discovered other people’s hair in the towel. I think the hotel should pay attention to that aspect of cleanliness

Hotel service staff very helpful and efficient, location is good with direct connection to MTR, hotel shuttle service goes direct to Tsim Sha Tsui, room is quiet

Twin room uses single size bed, a super single bed would be much comfortable

The breakfast is ok not good as previous years. The hotel location is very good and easy to access metor. The hotel provide shuttle but to the cities center as well.

next to MTR and a mall. it was clean and staff helpful and friendly. able to get a taxi very easily and the breakfast was pretty good

I did feel it was overpriced really. over £100 a night and breakfast was best part of £20 per person. it’s a bit hard to justify really. hotel looks a bit aged compared to others I’ve stayed in. the location is what sets the price but still high I felt

Excellent location. The hotel is next to a main train/metro station, which you reach via an air-conditioned walk through a small mall (with great outlet shops, a supermarket, bakeries and loads of restaurants). The actual room is on the small side but has everyone you need and is more than enough for one. The pool and gym facilities are wonderful.

The bathrooms were fine but the carpet wasn't cleaned as well as one would expect from what is otherwise a very nice, reasonably priced hotel. Also the air-conditioning can be overpowering, but you can turn it down.

Perfect location at Hung Hom station. so access to MTR and a lot of buses. Nice renovated though a little small rooms. Pool, gym available.
