I have gotten used to mainland China luxury hotels which - at this rate - are a notch up from this level

The staff were so gentil. And we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and good food.

Nothing everything was perfect

Персонал молодцы (Айнура русскоговорящий менеджер👏🏼), месторасположение (рядом моллы и терминал Ферри) уехали на Макао без проблем, номера в старом стиле (отелю 61 год)) но укомплектованы отлично, запаха нафталина нет) в комплексе Ландмарк есть вход из отеля отличный французский ресторан Амбер (сеты, мишлен)

Завтрак скудный, место завтрака не уютное, люди толкаются!

the whole experience was spectacular. It was truly a perfect stay. The location, the room, the bed, the bathroom, room service, the gym, Sauna, and Jacuzzi have all been in use and are all amazing.

The hotel is very comfortable and the restaurants are excellent. The location is ideal.

The executive lounge leaves much to be desired.

As expected, all the services are good. However, they should be good as their name value and price. I really like Mandarin in any other countries because of their service and classic style; however, for the first time, I was not happy at Mandarin HK.

1) I had to wait for more than one hour at the bar because the hotel cannot finish the cleaning. I understood it was the busy time(Easter break and sevens rugby); however, they can expect how busy it can be and get ready for that. I have heard from another guests that the order was from the manager. 2)At the sauna, I asked the the assistant lady for slippers and gown. Then, she just pointed out and I had to get by myself from the back. Isn't it better to set in the locker or if not, at least I would like to be handed in as a service. Other services were good as expected.

Everything! From the design and comfort of the room, to the exceptional and thoughtfulness of the services from the staffs, everything is exceptional!

Great location of course. Staff is super well prepared to any needs.

The only down side (small issue) it's the bathroom doors which can not guarantee a real privacy if you are sharing the room, as in my case, with my young daughter.

the mandarin is a classic and the staff make it special every time

The sheets were changed everyday for Club Floor rooms, I guess, which is very nice (except for one day, the housekeeper didn't. Not sure why.

The outer section of the room for bathroom & vanity, shower facilities - even for couples, not too convenient as there is nothing to screen off the two areas. Food at the Club Floor is, I would say, adequate. Could have done better.
