The view was amazing. The location was excellent in terms of being able to get into the Central Area of Hong Kong for tours and shopping. The breakfast was adequate, but I'm not a breakfast person. The Concierge was very helpful.

I really didn't find anything that wasn't satisfactory. We didn't have any real problems with the room, location, or the staff.

The hotel is pretty new and clean . The size is small . However, it is in Hong Kong, space is limited. Also there is a lot construction going on in harbor, it is not worth to upgrade the room with harbor view since the view is ugly with all the constructions.

Das Hyatt Centric wirkt relativ neu, die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und bei Wahl eines Zimmers in den oberen Etagen hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Skyline. Auf dem Dach findet man einen Panorama-Swimmingpool und einen Fitnessraum - bei einigen Geräten ebenfalls mit Ausblick. Im zugehörigen Umkleide- und Duschraum befindet sich sogar ein Mini-Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad - zumindest bei den Männern, bei den Frauen habe ich mich nicht getraut, das zu prüfen. :-) Bucht man die Option mit Zugang zur Lounge, stehen einem zwischen 17:30 und 19:30 allerlei alkoholische und nicht-alkoholische Getränke, sowie ein kleines Essensbüffet zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist zwar nicht zentral, man ist aber mit der „Island Line“ sehr gut angebunden.

Das Frühstück ist zwar äußerst vielfältig und qualitativ sehr gut, es kann aber bei hohem Buchungsgrad zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen, bis einem ein Platz zugewiesen wird.

Good location and yet very quiet. The package to upgrade for a higher room with breakfast and lounge access was worth it. We had afternoon tea one day included and the next day some snacks with simple cocktails included in the upgrade. Breakfast was varied and good quality. The views were amazing, pretty during the day and night. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom sliding door was very heavy and got stuck several times.

El Hotel es muy lindo, habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Buen acceso a transporte publico.

El personal no nos dejo pagar de la manera en la que nosotros queríamos. Nos obligaron a pagar con tarjeta y con recargos.

The room is clean. Bed very comfortable. Swimming pool has good ocean view especially in the night. Beautiful night view.

The Lounge on the Ruth

The breakfast buffet is quite nice. Pricey but the selection is good. Rooms were clean and the view of the harbour was great. The location is convenient to the MTR station and the surrounding neighborhood has a lot of dining options to explore. Security also came right away when called about a disturbance from a neighboring room so kudos to them for responding quickly.

Rooftop bar would be better if open later. It closes too early and the staff weren't particularly attentive when we visited. We had to wave them down to order anything. Separately, if there are 3 people staying in a room, it'd be nice if the cleaning staff would leave 3 bath towels after servicing. I had to call everyday to ask for an additional towel.

A perfect stay in Hong Kong Island. The rooms are all overlooking the harbor, the bed is so comfortable that you don't want to get up. The bathroom is very nice and the shower is relaxing. The breakfast is a dream and you don't manage to eat that much as there is so much to choose from. The hotel is located above a shopping center where you have several supermarkets, restaurants, café. Highly recommended and extremely comfortable if you are traveling with a small child as the distances are short. We would come back anytime, it was a great week. Thanks to everyone!

The breakfast was excellent as was the Cruise restaurant and bar area on the 23rd floor. Overall the staff were brilliant - very kind and helpful. For example, an issue with the hot water in the room was resolved professionally and promptly. Thank you in particular to Carlotta and Karen at the front desk for their information and assistance throughout my stay. The concierge team were also very helpful with sightseeing suggestions.

Great location! Close to MTR as well as trams - saved so much on Uber. Great service and staff. Definitely recommend.

조식 장소는 바로 앞에 바다가 보이는 창가쪽에 위치해서 좋았고 넓고 쾌적했습니다. MTR역과 가까와서 교통이 좋았으며, 라운지가 있는 층에 묵어서 저녁에 라운지 이용도 편리하고 좋았습니다.

음식은 다양했으나 홍콩섬인데 반해 sea food 종류가 없어서 아쉬웠고, 맛이 조금은 짜서 아쉬웠습니다. daily로 좀 더 다양하고, 특색있는 음식으로 준비되면 좋을 것 같네요.

Sauber, kleine aber gut ausgestattete Zimmer, Rooftop Pool, Fitness Studio und Umkleiden sehr gut! Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück. Sehr freundlich beim Checkout, besonders da unser Rückflug Verspätung hatte und wir spontan einen late Checkout organisieren konnten.

Betten nicht sehr gut, wir haben extra gezahlt für gute Aussicht und obere Etage bei Buchung und nochmals ontop bei Checkin, dennoch nicht die Zimmer mit dem schönen Blick erhalten. Checkin hat sehr lang gedauert. Beim Frühstück teilweise nur eine Kaffeemaschine in Funktion, insgesamt nur zwei vorhanden - bei den Gästezahlen geht das nicht.

Staff steals! I lost belongings that worths £100. I wrote to the hotel and there has been zero respond. If you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you lock up everything when you are not in your room.
