Receptionist unable to find my booking through Booking.com and not courteous. It took more than half an hour to find my booking and check-in

Was no outside locker available from room going to the pool impossible to lock from poolside and have to go out from the room instead of direct door connecting to the pool which could not be locked and unlocked from poolside

フィットネスプールがあって良かった。 部屋のドアの鍵が壊れた際のレセプションの方の対応が親切だった。

部屋の通路が迷路のようで自分のいる位置が分かりづらい。例えばゾーン毎に壁の色や目標をつけるなどの工夫があればありがたい。

Very comfortable stay with so many great facilities @ hotel & very cooperative the front desk team specially Mr.Badri as i have requested a complementary for my husband’s birthday and they did awesome decoration in the room along with a cake and fruit basket i really appreciate that it was amazing.. So many pool’s & restaurants in the hotel , recommended to stay and to enjoy

Hotel is good and there is plenty of restaurants inside the hotel , also there is more than 3 swimming pools you can definitely enjoy with you family .

There is two buildings for the hotel one is new and other is bit old , but even the old building is good

The staff was great helping us out with our requests. They accommodated to our needs. Mr. Anthony was very helpful as well as Mr. Ahmed Hamdy. The room was clean and comfortable. All staff members are professional and ensure their guests feel welcomed.

Ik kom er al jaren en dat vooral vanwege het 5 sterrengevoel voor een 4 sterrenprijs. Heerlijke zwembaden en vlakbij diverse restaurants

Inchecken blijft moeizaam. Na zoveel jaren zou het wat makkelijker moeten kunnen en wellicht een teken van waardering van trouw?

staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good but needs to have more variety. Room was clean and comfy.

Water temperature in the bathroom kept on fluctuating, which was quite annoying while having shower and may cause injuries. that's my only take on

My room was spacious

No hose pipe in the washroom (hygiene pipe), My room was very far from the exit area

Excellent helpful staff and lovely room right next to the pool and great choice of places to eat. Great price and breakfast was fab and included in price

Pool loungers and area needs a bit of a face lift

Rooms are perfect, spicily grand floor pool view, I recommend to take the lounge with the hotel stay, its so nice and worth it, also the staff are amazing and happy to serve you. include three times males. I also recommend for small family.

The price value is high comparing to quality.

Very close to the airport, clean hotel.

The noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms was very loud, and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. There was no soundproofing, which made the situation very bad and quite disturbing
