The hotel is located near many sightseeing activities like the beach, Atlantis, mall of Emirates etc. it's clean and perfect for a family stay with good apartments

The kids room was a little small but ok. Breakfast ends too early and there's no option to have it in the room due to food safety regulations. Most staff were super kind and friendly but I got Some discrimination towards people of colour by just one staff member who refused to let me take fruit but did the same thing for a white person... something I hadn't seen elsewhere in the UAE

Rooms are clean, some facilities need maintenance but still good enough. Staff are well-trained and wonderful. I like the hotel too much, and the price is competitive.

Hot water problem in bathroom. After three minutes, hot water reaches the bathroom. It is not a big problem, Dubai is so hot.

As always, it was one of my favorite hotels in Dubai with good facilities (good restaurant, bar, ...) and good location, near Madinat Jumeirah, shopping mall and walking distance from metro station and good price performance ratio.

Bed Bugs! Unfortunately this time I was encountered with bed bugs and despite the fact I was moved to another room with parket floor, which had been disinfected (strong bad smell and traces on the bathroom floor for several hours), I found bed bugs on the towel on the floor in the bathroom! I wrote to the hotel to consider emergency situations for complete disinfection of the entire hotel in an effective way and notify me accordingly. However, I have not received any feedback from the hotel yet! This is not what I expect from a 5-star hotel!

Hotel is very clean & well presented. Staff very attentive, helpful, and so polite Set in good location, a few minutes walk from the metro, also well supported with taxi rank on the doorstep, so travel around Dubai is very easy.. Breakfast with good quality and a huge variety of items to suit many may tastes, although can get very busy at times and can be hard to obtain a table.. Laundry service also superb.

We stayed in an Executive Suit and had extra privileges, like access to the Executive Lounge. We were able to avail of complimentary drinks and snacks between the hours of 4.30pm and 7.30pm, which we thought was a great perk - seeing as how expensive alcohol is in Dubai. But our experience wasn't a good one, as we waited for almost an hour before we were presented with a warm bottle of Heineken a tepid glass of Rose Wine, service was awful, so we didn't go back.....not good for a supposed Executive Offering:

Daily house cleaning is bad , steam room in the spa is not working Al Time even the swimming pool and jacuzzi were good .

The staff are very professional

The old building is very old. I surprised when i got into the apartment. Then the it was changed to the new building.

The hotel is set in a great location near the metro as well ad good for leaving the city and heading to abu dhabi. Would recommend the hotel as they have upgraded me on both visits so far to date. Great staff, great attention to detail. Looking forward to coming back!

Wifi a bit hit or miss in certain areas of the hotel, especially hotel room. Would also like the mini bar to be at least with soft drinks on arrival as part of the package price.
