We were given two rooms and both were spacious & clean. The swimming pool with Water slide was the highlight of our trip. It was almost impossible to get them out of the pool because they loved it so much. The stay got better with an amazing intercontinental breakfast buffet which was free of charge. The stay was excellent and would highly recommend families to come & stay.

The only downside was the Summer Heat due to which we could not spend more time at the beach or pool. The rest of the stay was excellent.

للاسف حجزنا في اجازه العيد وكان الفندق مزدحم جدااا لم نتمكن من استخدام المسبح بسبب الازدحام الشديد الفطور لم يكن بالمستوى المرجو ، يوجد رائحه سيئه جدا في بعض الممرات

Beach, cleanness and price value. Staff relationship is excellent. Breakfast is also excellent. Room cleaning service is excellent.

Entrance construction obstruct hotel entrance and taxi drivers get lost trying locating entrance. Private taxi from hotel do not accept credit cards only cash .

Close to the airport. Very nice beach. Wellness (excellent massage) area. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. You feel welcome from the very first minute.

Nice,I didn't find anything to complain about. Cleanliness, quietness, kindness, everything to have a good vacation. Minibar stocked daily, unlike other hotels in the Emirates. I recommend this hotel.

The pool is very nice we enjoyed it a lot.

The toiletries' stocks was not replenished, but other than that all went very good.

The staff of the Hotel were very helpful and smiling all the day though I had a different needy guests however the hotel staff handled them very well. Also when I make a request to one of the reception staff, I find all the staff knowing my request and dealing according to the instructions I gave. The facility itself was very good, clean and a lot of activities to do. The hotel gives free rides (go and return) to the most of Sharjah malls and to Dubai mall which is great option. The location of the hotel is very good and I didn't suffer to go any place from the hotel.

The rooms needs one more light bulb as it is kinda dark. Because I was working from the room I needed more light. But in case of relaxation it is the best The entrance of the hotel is a little tricky so you may lose it when you are coming.

The beach, Room service, and Meals are brilliant. Staffs are friendly.

The city view is quite noisy.
