Clean and quiet, and very friendly and professional staff.

The heat didn’t work in the winter but someone came right away to fix it. Location not so great in that you need a taxi to main sites and traffic busy to/from airport.

The carpet is very old needs replacing. Toilet started leaking in the middle of the night and the manager was very arrogant about it. Repairs carried out are very doggy.

Initially we were in the lagoon view double room, however due to changing rooms twice because of some issues, we were upgraded to the suite! Staff were very welcoming and prompt.

In first room carpet was very damp and smelt damp, the second room had the most bizarre issues from the previous guest which weren't cleaned properly. Then we got upgraded to the suite which was such a lovely room however as soon as we opened the bathroom door in both bathrooms, there was a very strong cigarette smell which the cleaners agreed on. Due to AC and no window ventilation, the strong smell lingered for day 1 and we had to leave all the room doors open and ask the cleaner to spray dettol to try and wipe out the smell. Overall the room was very good (apart from the smell). Novotel must really pay attention on ensuring non-smoking rooms aren't being smoked in and cleaning is done thoroughly.

They are located in expo, closed to Al Qasba, and malls as well. Excellent breakfast and customer service.

They dont have steam room and swimming pool is very small.

Need to improve breakfast quality and the quantity plus more varieties esp. live breakfast not found like in Novotel Abu Dhabi.

Breakfast items mainly and the sofa bed because it was very uncomfortable 😣 for sleeping.

1- there was little bad smell in the room 2- the AC WAS NOT THAT GOOD 3- water pressure was week 4- breakfast was not good

The reception lady (from the Philippine) who welcomed me when I arrived. She was very friendly, polite and helpful. She created my mother before the first time we arrived and after we checked out. She called me twice to make sure I was happy with the suite and asked if I needed anything. She displayed the true meaning of hospitality. Novotel should be proud to have an employee like her. Actually all the staff were extremely helpful, polite and nice.

On receptionists, they are alone, especially those who insulted Samira as well as the Sharon's seduction. I do not recommend anyone to go ... be surprised that one is reserved by the restaurant you eat and tell you to another place and very stupid way
