Our staycation with Golden Sands Hotel and Residences is truly remarkable. The rooms were far bigger than other hotels, clean, organized and the bed is very comfortable. The indoor pool is also clean, both for kids and adult. AC is available in the pool area😁 Most specially, we really appreciate how friendly and accomodating are the staffs. From the security, reception, attendants and housekeeping. They are always willing to assist GLADLY and extend effort without hesitation. We even receive a call from the reception to check if everything is in order.A welcome fruit platter. Simple it may seem but gives an assurance that they truly care for their guests. Special thanks to Ms. Joan and Mr. Anup who helped us in finding my sons toy car. Its a small toy yet they understand how much it means to my son and for me as well❤ Will definitely go back....

It was an amazing stay and the best thing they have nursery where you can keep your kids there and the mall is infront of the hotel you can go there walking Best thing was the staff who were so helpful and friendly and car parking place was amazing we really enjoyed being there

Helpfull stuff

The room is dirty, cockroaches!!! It’s deeply frustrated. The curtains are dirty and with squirrel paint, the curtains did not open, very dark rooms. The view from the kitchen window to the construction site, all the windows are dirty. The balcony is not accessible and terribly dirty, the room with the balcony is very noisy. The furniture in the bathroom was rotten from dampness. The toilet was not flushed (almost every day they were repaired). The bathroom is small and smeared all over with sealant and silicone. Luminaires coated with glue-like substance. The TV did not turn off, as the remote control was broken. The mirrors at the entrance to the room were with fingermarks. A lot of mosquitoes in the room and in the parking lot, The parking lot is negligible and there is a very high probability of scratching the car. You have to queue to get breakfast. It was surprised
