It very small room, narrow corridors

The breakfast was very bad! The flies were everywhere over the food Very bad quality food

The size of the room at the 7th floor. The toilet seat was broken and taped and they changed it after we asked.

The smell in the room. It was coming from outside and the room almost always smelled like someone smoked inside.

unfortunately there was nothing to like.

The receptionist was rude and aggressive on our arrival. The lift was too small only 3 people can enter the lift. The bedsheets were dirty and they didn’t looked wash at all, I had requested for the bedsheet to be changed while I was out for the day and I came back and it had come to my realisation that the bed sheet was not changed. In our room the toilet could not flush, the flush button was broken, the mirror was broken and the card reader was broken which gave us a problem every time. There was a very hazardous problem with the lamp, the wire was exposed and I had my children sleeping in the room with me! My daughter cut her finger numerous times as the mirror was cracked and when she would turn the light off/on her finger would cut as the mirror was right above the switch. We would be out from 8am- 9pm as no cars can park outside the hotel between these hours or drive on the road which the hotel is on which meant they had enough time to clean our room but sometimes it just was not done. As for breakfast the plates and cups were dirty, if food from the previous days had not been finished they would serve that again. I will attach a picture of everything including my cup which I hadn’t drank from, the lady told me to use the cup under the cabinet and that’s what everyone uses. it seems like they haven’t been washed for months as dust had accumulated on them. PLEASE DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES THEY HAVE UPLOADED. THEY SEEM TO BE EDITED!

Overall clean room, good location, peaceful area

The bedlines could be newer and there is no light over the mirror in the bathroom.

The hotel was very nice, clean, breakfast was amazing. It have a nice view too. 25 mins by walk to Hagia Sofia or you can take a tram :) 10 out 10

Just be aware on the stairs, if you are 170cm and more, you will hit your head sometimes :D
