O nosso quarto, a vista de Granada, o ar-condicionado potente que faz toda a diferença no verão e a localização central do hotel. O café da manhã tinha uma boa variedade de comidas também.

Modern hotel situated in a very good location within walking distance of attractions bars & restaurants. Lovely bright, spacious corner room with comfortable beds and good air-conditioning . The pool is small but great for cooling down. Pleasant helpfull staff who parked our car in the prebooked underground car garage. I am delighted with this hotel, great value , highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing , great hotel

The price was reasonable in comparison to other places. It was central and easy to walk to various areas of Madrid, including the bus stop to get to the Alhambra. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to my room and saw how it had been cleaned. Everything precise. I had a late train and they were able to store my bag for my last day after checkout.

The pool area is quite small and does get busy in the afternoons. There are only 8 sun beds and so often people were sitting in the sun. It was 37 degrees when I stayed so this would note suit everyone. However, it has a great view. I didn’t find the staff that welcoming or friendly compared to other places I have stayed on this trip. There was no greeting as you walked through reception and I had to ask questions to have the basics of the hotel explained.

Hoe je de parkeerplaats kon vinden. We reden er voorbij. Dat werd een dure grap. Er stond op het moment dat wij de ‘zijstraat’ in moesten een taxi op de hoek. Deze blokkeerde alles. Helaas. 😏

no respetaron las modificaciones de la reserva que realizo booking, fui con mi esposa y tenían ellos por error una reserva para dos habitaciones, cuando lo que necesitaba lógicamente era una sola, me comunique con booking e modificaron la reserva antes de registrarme en el hotel, pero la administración del hotel no respeto esto y me cobraron la cancelación, no me dieron el desayuno y no acceso al spa, cosas que figuraban en la modificación, Como cliente genius 3 me sentí decepcionado, ya que la primera persona que me contactó fue totalmente útil, pero la segunda: Ahmed me llamo y le dije que estaba en un tour y le ped;i que me volviera a llamar , cosa que nunca hizo

Das Hotel liegt ideal als Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, die Belüftung im Bad ging nicht.
