Fernando was great, met us, gave us the keys and suggestions for things to do. The electric kettle was burnt out, we let him know and asked for another but one didn[t turn up before we left. A couple of suggestions, soap dish in the 2nd bedroom shower, tea towels in the kitchen, salt and pepper and it took our very tech savvy 19 year old grandson over 30 mins to get the TV working and the movie we wanted. Remote needs checking, we changed batteries and that wasn't the problem. Light in MBR closet would be useful. Minor problem, outside table very shaky, hard to keep the wine glass upright and not spilling!! Otherwise very good, loved the position.

Location. Spaciousness of flat. Plenty of loo rolls. Good kitchen and utility area.

Access to lift up 2 flights of stairs! Very difficult with 2 young children in a double buggy. Information on booking.com misleading. Requested cot was forgotten. And they do not provide a cot sheet. Just a normal sheet. Not safe for a baby. Key system dreadful. In fact would be impossible for someone on their own with young children. No soap, water provided.

It is very spacious and location is the best.

Location was outstanding! Apartment was spacious, nicely laid out, good sound separation and a balcony and view from every room. Plenty of amenities, as well.

The location was perfect, the apartment was a good size and very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

The shower in the ensuite was broken.

Property was very centrally located. We were able to walk to everything with ease. Apartment was very clean, beds and pillows were so comfortable. Washer was perfect, heating and air conditioning worked beautifully. Staff was very helpful, friendly and genuinely excited for our stay!

The key system wasn’t great. We struggled getting into the apartment the first few times we tried. We had to get used to how it worked.

I took this beautiful flat to be 3 nights with my family and no regrets at all. Very comfortable, the location was perfect.

Perfect location. Very close to the Cathedral and other monuments. Bus to go to la Alhambra had a stop right by the apartment. If you rather walk up to La Alhambra, it is about 20 mins. It was quite quiet, which we really appreciated.

The place is in need of some care and renovations. They have taken care of the bathroom but not the rest. It could have been cleaner and the internet did not work. We told the contact person (Pilar) and she did her best to make it work but it was not resolved.

Arabela from the agency met us there at the appointed time and was lovely. The apartment was clean, light and comfortable. The location was excellent.

This was not the apartment we booked - there was a ‘mixed’ message as to why the one we booked wasn’t available- one version was there was a problem with the hot water and another that it was occupied. Our booked apartment was at the front of the building- this one was at the back. The noise between the hours of midnight and 6am was awful. Impossible to get any sleep - a variety of bars, clubs and a square where locals meet up oblivious to the occupants around. Then the glass collection followed by the rubbish collection followed by the street cleaner. Finally peaceful between 7-8am. In summary - get your sleep in before midnight! Seriously - we travelled with a 16yr old and a 24yr old and they were exhausted after 3 nights of it. The photo shows 2 chairs on a balcony.... wide angle lens used as the balcony was about 50cm wide - also there were no chairs in the apartment on which to sit there! Minor details - the bathroom sealant was black and tired. The crockery, chopping board and glassware were in need of replacement. There was no clothes airer. In conclusion - there is probably a heavy footfall and turnaround.

Location was next to some pubs. rowdy crowd making noise until 4 or 5am, we couldn't sleep and requested to change apartment the next day which Genteel home readily agreed. They moved us to a much bigger and nicer apartment that do not have the same rowdy crowd at night and charge us addtional 100 Euro for 3 more nights of stay which we were happy to pay for the vast difference in the apartment.

The apartment is spacious. Nice for a family and if you just want to chillax in the apartment after a long days ride.

The electric system needs revising. Just turning on AC and lights made the light switch go down. We had to keep playing with electric outlets and switches to see what to turn on and what not. Annoying as hell....

The apartment was luxurious and situated near the city centre. The communication with Emilia was perfect! Thank you!
