Interior of hotel beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Food in restaurant disappointingly poor and overpriced. Expected better quality for the price especially compared with other 5 star hotels we used in the same week on our road trip through Andalusia.

グラナダを訪問するならアルハンブラパレスホテルと決めていました。飛行機より先にこちらを予約しました。 日の出前、鳥の囀りを聞きながら部屋の窓から見たグラナダの景色は、言葉にならない美しさでした。 スタッフはベテランのホテルマンが多い感じで、落ち着いていて安心できるホテルでした。わからないことがありスタッフに聞こう思っていると、先にスタッフ側からタイミングよく声を掛けてくれたことが2度ありました。英語が片言な私にも優しく丁寧に対応して下さいました。 朝食も美味しかったです。再訪したいです。 素晴らしいホテルでした。

Prachtig hotel gelegen boven de stad Granada vrijwel naast het wereldberoemde Alhambra. Mooi restaurant annex ontbijtzaal met uitkijk over de stad. Eten in het restaurant was goed. Ook goed ontbijt in buffetvorm met heel veel keuze, veel vers fruit, broodjes, beleg, diverse ei-bereidingen. Kamer keurig, niet bijzonder groot, met klein balkon, opnieuw blik over de stad wat altijd leuk is, ook 's avonds met alle lichtjes. Vallet parkeerservice (tegen meerkosten 25€/dag). Hoog service niveau.

Prijs van het restaurant is te duur t.o.v. de vele alternatieven in de stad. Granada heeft vele goede restaurants die qua prijs te prefereren zijn boven het hotelrestaurant.

This is simply an amazing hotel!! Clean, gorgeous, lovely staff, great location and really really good on site restaurant!! I would return in a heartbeat!!

TODO. Antes de llegar había leído malos comentarios y temí por eso. Es verdad que están en obra. Pero la verdad casi que no se siente. Es verdad que hay lugares cerrados, pero se puede ir a otros espacios del hotel y tener una buena vista de la ciudad. El personal del hotel merece un mención aparte. Excelente atención, eficiencia, calidez. Mis Felicitaciones para todos ellos. Mi esposo cenó en el hotel y le gustó la comida. Y esto es muy raro que suceda. Definitivamente volveré aquí alguna vez!!

Chambre spacieuse, à deux pas de l'alhambra et à 15 mn à pied du centre ville (pour qui n'a pas peur des dénivelé. Petit dej sympa. Bel établissement

Alles was om het geld, duur verblijf voor gewone kamer - parkeer mogelijkheden zijn er maar ze hebben parking aan 25€ de kamer kost 390€ ze hadden dan wel parking mogen in calculeren

El servicio de hostelería, minibar, la bañera

La ubicación y la habitacion con vistas y la posibilidad de aparcamiento. Es muy limpio también.

El desayuno era un desastre. No habia bufet. Servicio muy lento y poco profesional y habia ruido en la planta arriba que molestaba. Hubieran debido ofrecernos un discuento pero no lo hicieron.

Las vistas a la ciudad y la atención del personal.

Stunning hotel, best view of the city, BY FAR. Beautiful place, food was fantastic at reasonable prices. Great if you’re visiting the Alhambra, a 10 min walk. Keep in mind it’s a bit far from downtown but ABSOLUTELY worth it.

The restaurant was a bit slow at night - might be worth having some more staff. The food was fantastic.

The only negative ( and common with most Hotels ) was that you pay a premium price, and they cannot be bothered to put fresh milk in the room, how can you drink a decent tea without fresh milk…. Haha.

the beautiful lobby in typical Alhambra style and the terrace overlooking Grenada worth going just for a drink rather than staying overnight!!

I expected the rooms to be nicer, they are quite modern and anonymous in comparison to the hotel lobby decoration we stayed in a big double bedroom suite, disappointing view on the backyard of the hotel/parking, only few amenities in the bathroom, some water and a biscuit beside the beds...

Authentically Granadian! The location is a stones throw away from the magnificent Alhambra Palace grounds and a pleasant stroll to the towns city centre. The details, service, cleanliness and food were all impeccable in their attention to details.

Top of hill, can’t walk to village

Stunning location & history. Loved the old world glamour. The terrace is spectacular & the property itself is just a pleasure to experience.

Queen-size bedrooms are half the size of twin rooms, which wasn’t indicated on the website, despite being the same price. Common areas feel a little tired and in need of an update. Wish there was a pool.

Location is very good.

I have booked view side room, but it wasn’t. Also they didn’t have my name and they confirmed by my booking number. Maybe it’s booking.com’s fault. The hotel was comfortable. But I felt a little bit disappointed.
