The breakfast has to be ordered from a small menu. The options for vegetarians is limited. We had the smoothie bowl, with the avocado and tomato bread which was good, and the staff was quite understanding and good and allowed us to modify one of the menu items to suit vegetarians.
The coffee was excellent and they have decaffeinated coffee as well.
The smoothie bowl felt insubstantial on the second day for us compared to Day 1.
The rooms were oddly shaped and quite different frommwqch other. The kettle in our room had a loose switch and since they have no room phone, we used the WhatsApp service to tell them, they were prompt in attending to it.
One of the rooms had no view, facing a wall.... and the room smelt bad too.
The bathroom tiles are black and with spotlights, makes it difficult to use the bathroom.mirror for makeup.

We thought that the hotel was exceptional value. It is situated right on the main Plaza Isabel square near the tourist areas and tapas bars, but the room was well sound-proofed and very quiet. Our room was very large with a comfortable king sized bed and a table with two chairs. The large bathroom was stylish and modern with a huge walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of good food for breakfast at the restaurant downstairs.
Also, the bus to Alhambra was about 20 metres from the front door - perfect to get up the hill to the Alhambra in the morning - and you have the option of a pleasant 20 min walk back downhill after your visit.
This was an excellent hotel. The photos on Booking.com don't really do it justice. It was much better. Good value and highly recommended.

No poder abrir o no tener ventanas
A las 22.h pedí un café en la cafetería y me dijeron que no me lo servían por que habían limpiado la cafetera, textual. No lo entiendo

très bonne situation dans le centre ville
chambre trop sombre. presque lugubre. Suffocante à cause du manque de climatisation, du chauffage à 24degres et la fenêtre impossible à ouvrir.
Le petit déjeuner à partir de 8h alors que nous avions un train a prendre qui nous obligeait à partir avant 8h. Biensur petit déjeuner payé lors de la réservation… Mauvais accueil du personnel froid et sans compréhension.

No se si no supimos apagar la luz del baño pero se encendía solo con moverse en la cama y duraba unos minutos prendida.

Breakfast was not international, no fruit, no yoghurt, no cereal, english breakfast cold, scrambled egg was cold and made the day before.

From start to finish of our stay, we've felt looked after, informed and comfortable. The view is unlike any experience we've had previously. Our room on the 2nd floor overlooking the Plaza took our breath away. The view is so stunning that it leaves a feeling that you can't view it enough. The air-condition is of prime quality, and you won't even need to cool down in the shower during a heat wave; that's how effective it is. The style of the hotel is true to the photos, and the location of the hotel makes for a perfect base. Quiet, yet local to what, in our opinion, is the most beautiful part of Granada
Some of the finishes in construction are a bit rushed, but for the price, this is no issue. It looks and functions as intended.

공항에서 버스타고 한번에 갈 수 있고 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 시내 한복판인 느낌이에요. 호텔을 나서서 왼쪽으로는 쇼핑거리가 오른쪽으로가면 알함브라 궁전에 갈 수 있습니다. 알함브라 궁전 입구까지 15분 정도 걸어가면 도착할 수 있습니다. 근처에 식당도 매우 많았고 일정이 짧았으나 동선이 간단하여 편했습니다. 길건너 5분거리에 까르푸도 있어 장보는 것도 가능합니다. 대신 도시뷰를 보려면 9호 이내의 숫자를 요청하세요. 11호는 건너편 건물만 보였습니다. 스페인에 묵었던 숙소중 가격대비 공간이 제일 넓었습니다.
건너편 건물뷰 방에 묵어서 좀 아쉬웠어요. 이사벨 여왕 동상이 보이는 뷰를 보고 숙소를 예약했었거든요 ㅎ

Hotel con posizione ottima per Granada. Non grande e quindi per niente caotico. Camere in linea con il prezzo richiesto, ben insonorizzate.
Difficile arrivare con l'auto, senza incappare in zone a traffico limitato. Colazione a la carte, ben gestita, ma sarebbe ottimo avere un piccolo buffet (che non c'è). Un pò lunghi con i tempi.

- The breakfast is alright, but not great. The issue is not per se that you order breakfast instead of having a buffet, but that the products are rather mediocre.
- The parking garage they recommend is a product of nightmares. So narrow it makes even economy sized cars struggle.

체크인할때 직원이 불친절했음 와이파이 비번도 물어봐야 알려주고 미리 조식을 신청해 놨는데 확인도 없고 조식 시간도 알려주지 않음 시설은 낙후되었으며 투숙객 위주의 시설이 아니었음 무료생수도 없고 룸키도 하나만 제공해서 많이 불편했고 뷰 또한 사진에 나와있는 방은 아주 좋은 방이고 모든 방이 다 그런 뷰인건 아님 심지어 일층은 커텐을 치지 않으면 밨에서 실내가 다 보일것 같음

Not satisfactory at all. Poor air conditioining all over. No phones in room. No room service . It is 2 star facility at best. No bathroom door and all water spills out.

The location is great especially to go to Alhambra Palace (the bus stop is right next to the hotel). The breakfast wasn't so good but their coffee is really good. The staff was very friendly.
The air conditioning can be stronger and the toilet lights keep going off.

Unfortunately, the transformer blew, causing a power cut. Did impact our stay considerably, not able to see as no lighting or other power.... It's not the hotels fault, but was a huge negative.

Excellent location, next to main shopping area and close to Cathedral but the rooms are very tired, not much facility inside. No telephone, No drinks on arrival, Nothing in the fridge, No porter service.
We had a Junior Suit which was very large. Food was also dissapointing too.
Staff were NOT caring and the rooms are a bit tired now. Photo's look really good on their site but is not recent.

Hotel location was perfect - easy to walk to anything in Centro and adjacent areas, and it was always easy to find a taxi near the hotel for getting up to the more difficult to reach locations like the Alhambra. Lorena and Kandell at the Reception Desk were very friendly and helpful.
No phone supplied in the hotel room - could be a problem in an emergency. No English language TV - it would have been nice to at least have a news channel. Also, there appears to be more emphasis on design rather than function and customer comfort - e.g. bathroom lighting is way too dim, and shower stall is impractical, allowing water to flow out of shower area.

A fantastically central location, right in the middle of the old city (five minutes from the Cathedral) and only a short stroll away from all of the main sights - including many restaurants, bars, and the Alhambra. Also well connected via public transport to the bus station and (if you don't want to walk up the hill) to the Alhambra, again. Rooms were nice, with very spacious bathrooms, and there is a restaurant/bar downstairs.
The pre-check in communications were a bit too much - with messages by email and WhatsApp asking for registration, including a screen that seemed to be asking for payment (rooms were paid via Booking.com in advance). The windows are reflective during the daytime, so the rooms have a great, unobserved view over the Plaza Isabel; note that they are not sufficiently reflective for this to be the case at night, when lights in the room are lit. Some of the finishes in the room could do with a bit of TLC.
