Great location room clean and comfortable breakfast good excellent value for money

The owner was helpful and friendly, and is doing a great job running the place on his own.
We reserved 2 double and one single room for our family and the rooms were perfectly acceptable for our needs.
The location was very convenient close to attractions
Fridge available in the breakfast room to store perishables
The furnishings were a little worn in places

The room and show room were cosy and very clean. We accidently missed breakfast time but were accommodated. A lovely kind host. Very near the town centre. A perfect place to stay while visiting Stratford Uponavon.

some more tea and coffee in room (probably could of asked for more) and some better firm pillows (personal preference but wasn’t a major issue. still slept great!)

the property was very nice, the rooms and bathroom were great as was the garden and dining area. location was good, a short walk into town over the river which was very pretty.
the bed was quite creeky and there was some noise during the night, not sure where it was coming from, it was a boiler kind of sound. the hot tub was not on unfortunately, it would of been good to have that advertised before you stay.

Excellent location, free and easy parking, fantastic breakfast selection and friendly owners.
If I was being picky then the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking and our room could have done with a full length mirror, but that's certainly not a complaint!

Rooms are dated and need a deep clean. There was thick dust in places and room didn’t smell fresh.
