The breakfast was really good, bed was very comfortable. I didn’t try the wifi. Shower was a bit on the small side, but not too bad.
No fan in the bathroom. Would’ve been nice to get the keys to the windows as well.

Great location! All locations we wished to visit were within easy walking distance. Traditional English breakfast was delicious! Hostess ( and the cats) were a friendly addition.
We liked everything - this is just a reminder that the en suite with 2 beds is at the top of two flights of stairs
The second set of stairs was quite steep. This was not a problem for us, but could be an issue for someone with mobility issues.

Owner was fantastic and very accommodating. Room and bathroom very clean, fresh and had everything we needed. Perfect location to explore Stratford-upon-Avon. Breakfast was exceptional especially the sausage!

Good breakfast but it would of been nice to have more choice. Breakfast room was a bit small. I was hoping breakfast could have been served up tp 10am.
When I booked I was hoping for a larger guest house or a hotel maybe it was me not reading the guide properly because I was hoping for somewhere that served evening meals as well. I was hoping for a better view from my bedroom but this was due to the size of the property.

Made very welcome by Monika. Nothing was too much trouble. Very tasty breakfast. Great location, just a 5min walk to center attractions and eateries.

We had an excellent stay here on a girls weekend away. Hosts were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay and the breakfasts were excellent.
My friend had a problem with her car as we were leaving and one of the hosts stayed with her and helped her with her car so that she could drive home, she really appreciated this level of thoughtfulness.
We would definitely return here in the future!

Lovely comfy bed, great breakfast, excellent friendly helpful staff. Great location very clean. Would stay here again
TV very small and no WiFi signal although we were in the small room (5) top floor. Shower a tad small, not for taller folks but lovely separate bathroom just for us.

Monika went out of her way to accommodate us during the pandemic. Good breakfast.
It was not a problem for us as we were able to take full advantage of the parking but it is limited (there may have been more spaces that I couldn't see though!)
