Location was perfect for walking to the theatre, the Shakespeare landmarks, restaurants, etc. The host was so helpful and even picked up our luggage and stored it after checkout while we spent more time in Stratford.

A lovely apartment which couldn't be more central, yet at the same time nice and quiet. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Appreciated the tea/coffee, cereals etc which were left.
Although I knew there was no parking, it was still awkward trying to find somewhere to park that wasn't too far away.

Fantastic location, Very thoughtful to have some basic's like milk, butter in the fridge and tea & coffee provided. Perfect hosts and would highly recommend staying here.

We loved the location, it was clean.
A few issues:
The heating, it was cold between 10pm/ 11pm when watching T.v then really hot when we were trying to sleep.
The sofa bed is awful - looks beautiful but my son age 10 couldn’t sleep so I swapped beds as usually I can manage and the springs dig in it’s really uncomfortable.
There was a big issue with payment and I’m not sure who’s fault this was we agreed £330 for two nights a Tuesday and Wednesday last minute stay. We put in booking.com for 5 and booking.com gave options for 5 including this 2 bedroom 1 sofa bed flat but for some reason 2 were confirmed for so during our 2 days off work we ended up having to deal with numerous emails from owners and booking.com which spoiled holiday and they then charged us £480 an amount for two nights midweek no breakfast no sleep due to an uncomfortable sofa bed which was never an amount I would agree to .

The apartment was really comfortable and well equipped, lots of lovely little touches. Felt like a real home from home. Location is right in the heart of Stratford Town, easy walking distance to all shops, restaurants and attractions. We would definitely book again.

Apartment was absolutely outstanding 3rd time returning and shall be back next year for Xmas markets x the little things eg. Milk juice jams chocolates and of course the wine 🍷 was the icing on top of the cake x 😋 highly recommended xx

Apartment very clean & central. Lots of provisions provided, far more than the usual tea & coffee.

Ideal location with everything we needed near by, which helped as partner is disabled.
Car parking just at end of the street.
Greeted at flat to collect the keys.
Everything you need in the apartment even down to a pint of milk!
Patio area at entrance to apartment could do with a tidy.
Can be quite noisy early morning with refuse collection and shops setting up etc.

well presented and good location and most important clean
strong odour of paint , flat should have been aired with windows open for as long as possible after painting. leaving the flat shut up with no ventilation will mean a build up of fumes.

Excellent location, apartment was exactly as it was in the pictures (minus the Christmas decorations) - and we would certainly return. The location was perfect to explore Stratford. Hosts were lovely.

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off. This wasn’t anyone’s fault but very loud ( probably a good thing if there was a real fire) It happened as we checked out so not a problem and the hosts were straight onto it.
