This property was perfect. We could not fault it in anyway- clean, comfortable, gorgeous property in a central location. Everything had been thought about- everything we wanted and more. Welcome basket was a lovely touch and the Christmas tree and decorations were so lovely - the hosts had made every effort to make our stay perfect.

This place has absolutely everything! Best stocked self catering we have ever been to. Clean, modern with old charm still. Highly recommend if you want to be central & have everything you need.

The main bedroom’s bed is slightly at an angle due to the floor being at an angle. Made me feel as if I was sliding down a bit… This is an old building though, so understandable. Maybe just look to lift the 1 end up slightly?

the location was fabulous, we could walk to everything, including the theatre. It was new, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The host was very pleasant and accommodating

There were many extra,thoughtful, little touches(welcome pack, including milk).Bathrooms were stocked with extra toiletries. Kitchen had lots of crockery so you didn’t need to wash before the next use.Lots of extras ;including docking station/speaker and a range of phone/iPad chargers.

We thought that if 6 people were staying, all sitting on the sofa may have been a squash. We could’t locate a tray.

The apartment was right in the heart of the town. Right near everything. The apartment has everything that you could need, cooker, dishwasher, games table-which was excellent fun. Clean & spacious, highly recommended.

Right in the centre of town, and has everything you need. Clean linens and towels, all the room are beautiful. Loads of space and the bathrooms are very modern and spotlessly clean. We were very impressed with the whole place. And Rose who greeted us was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The free bottle of fizz and tea and milk were a lovely touch too.

Beautiful apartment and decorated with fantastic style.It had EVERYTHING we could possibly need including a welcome pack of prosecco and nibbles. Rose and Andrew the owners were brilliant st communicating with me and nothing was too much bother

Great location opposite a fabulous bakery

We were unlucky as there was a heatwave. Property had provided fans but all windows are on same side of building so no airflow. Extremely hot. This is unlikely to be a problem often in the Midlands but it’s good to be aware that there is no outside area and the property is very old so windows are small.

Rose was very responsive to my updates regarding my arrival time and was happy to accommodate my fluctuating train arrival times!!

Very nice , comfortable flat, very well equipped, Rose was very helpful host. Excellent location.

Not ideal if you arrive by car, can’t even stop near the flat to unload. Second floor.
