Very happy with my stay. Walking distance to the tram stop with public transport operations very early in the morning. Plenty of eateries nearby and supermarkets. Room was clean. Kitchen well equipped.

It is not only about this place but I can't comprehend the idea of paying extra for the towel. Just add it to the price of the room. I don't want to take towels from home in my hand luggage to save space anyway and most of the travellers do the same.

Room was basic but good value for money. The location was useful, plenty of tram lines and bus stops a few minutes away. Nice restaurants nearby so didn't have to travel far if you didn't want too, as well as a corner shop. The room was quiet, the showers were plentiful and hot.

The room could have been cleaner - the onus is put on guests to clean up behind them but not sure how keen housekeeping are after. Also this meant me hoovering my room early doors which I attempted to do quickly but was probably annoying for my neighbour.

A modern, nice hostel that exceeded our expectations. Good location, very close to the bus stop + Willys (grocery store). Very well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. The room was comfortable, well-fitted, and we had a nice view! I would recommend this place to everyone, as I was pleasantly surprised.

It's a hostel, so making our own beds etc., was something that I expected. A little unexpected was that we had to clean the room as well (take the trash out, vacuum, clean the surfaces). It's not a problem; however, it was surprising.

I liked the position, close to the city center and to the bus for the islands. Breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable.

The bathrooms weren't clean all the time but it was the bank holiday weekend and there were lots of guests.

I booked too late, so the room the first night was way too expensive, but that was my own mistake. I actually booked that hostel room, because it was the only still somehow affordable room in the city center.

Value for money is great for the individual room, staff is friendly, toilets were spacious and clean.

Location is very accessible from city centre and it’s located in a nice area. Staff were very friendly. breakfast was good and overall good price for the room and breakfast. Would definitely book again.

There was a bit of hair on the bed but otherwise was ok.

Even for the visitor from central Europe, the price is affordable, clean accomodation, two fridges where was very safe to put beer, yoghurt, cutlery, spacious and enough bathrooms, TV with youtube. Very close to the city park and Haga, even Liseberg is in walking distance.

4 sockets at my room did not work, but there were another 4 that were working - not a problem for me and I report this to the accomodation so they can fix that for the next visitor.

Staff was very friendly, location was great as it was just near the Slottsskogens park, very clean and comfortable apartment, but I guess it depends who stayed there before as well because the dishes (when we first use) were quite oily.

washing machine was a disaster, none of us knew how to read as the manual was in swedish, maybe there was an english one, but we did not ask the staff. washed clothes smelled like boiling water, and takes forever to wash and dry

Clean, nice hostel room with well-equipped shared kitchen and with comfortable, clean shared bathrooms. Good wifi. Easy check-in and check-out with friendly staff. Good location next to the Slottsskogen Park. Supermarkets and public tranport are very close.

The hairdryer in our room did not work well, it worked only for 1-2 minutes then stopped and could not be restarted. It should be repaired.

Was not clear that was a room without showers.(towels)

Rooms basic but clean Lccation is walkable into the city centre and a nice local park
