Staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was perfect! Central to Lime Street station and the some key landmarks like the Beatles Story, the Tate, and the Royal Albert Dock. Also close to lots of pubs and fab restaurants. Great location. The apartment, and kitchen in particular was well equipped. There was a fan in the living room and each of the rooms as well.

Our bedroom window was shut, but you could hear quite a bit of noise coming through.

Great location, close to Centre but far enough from the busier parts that it wasn’t too noisy (though it was Wednesday night that we stayed, I can’t comment on what it’s like at a weekend). The apartment itself was well-equipped and had everything one could need. I recently stayed in an apartment fairly close to this one, but which was twice the cost of this one. For me this one was every bit as good.

directions for parking could have been clearer - I ended up in the Q-park across the road from the correct car park, so it cost me a small fortune!

Hot water was a problem, only enough for one shower. Staff tried hard to help us though. We have stayed for the last few years and the four of us have always managed to shower without running out of water.

The location was central, the staff extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms very clean.

Good location, warm and welcoming staff.

Badly damaged skirting boards. Could do with coffee tables near sofa. Better lighted mirrors for make up and lamps in sitting area.
