Location is the best closed to everything.

No Toliet at the lobby

Staff. Cleanliness. Pillows and bedding smelt like wet dog. Wifi did not work. TVs did not work. Second bedroom was locked for over an hour despite numerous calls to reception for assistance. Manager was not friendly or apologetic about this horrible experience. Was only offered 12pm late checkout despite this terrible service. Would not recommend this hotel.

We had to request new pillows as the ones that were in the rooms smelled sour, like they’d been wet and not dried out or aired properly. There were some issues with the lifts due to work on upgrading them but it didn’t really impact on our stay. We just had to be patient.

great apartment, very spacious

They were servicing the lifts at check out time and it was very inconvenient. my partner and I had to take the stairs (from floor 35) to ensure we got to airport on time.

We found the location to be excellent, very close to attractions. The room was comfortable. The bed was a king size, very cosy.

We were informed right before our stay that one life was being serviced. When we arrived there was actually only 1 lift working. It took us 20 minutes to get a lift at one stage and with a 1 year old this was really stressful and difficult. The heat when in the lift and waiting for it felt like it was 10/15 degrees hotter then it actually was

L'appartement 1 chambre au 23 eme étage avec vue sur des murs... Principalement gros problèmes d'attente devant les 2 ascenseurs et le 3ème en réparation. Pour un hôtel de 51 étages 2 ascenseurs en service vraiment insuffisant. Nous aimerions savoir si debut Mars les 3 ascenseurs seront opérationnel en vue d'un prochain voyage pour ma famille (4 adultes) qui ont une réservation du 2 au 8 Mars 2024.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s a great location near town hall. It is close to the light rail, central station, Darling Harbour and Hyde Park.

This is a time critical comment. The facility is currently undergoing lift replacement and as such there are extensive delays it getting a lift in either direction 30min +. Once this upgrade has been completed it will be a great asset to the hotel.

o quarto em si era maravilhoso, a cama mega grande e confortável. Adorei o banheiro. Ter a cozinha e a máquina de lavar roupa foi muito prático. Muito bem localizado e com tudo muito próximo, só utilizamos o transporte publico.

Os elevadores estavam em manutenção e ficamos uma manhã sem, o meu marido teve que descer do 24 andar de muletas pela escada

The location is great 😊, just a 5 minutes walk to an event we attended. Staffs are very helpful, room is clean and the beds are comfy. Thank you Meriton Suites Pitt Street 👏

Asked for more towels got them then cleaning lady took them while we were out. And asked again but was not delivered

Rooms are looking a bit dated

The space was great, the location very near to train station, groceries and fast food.

I am very particular with cleanliness, the carpet and furnitures are dusty (I got allergies and need to take antihistamine), they never clean the room during our 6 days we stayed. The elevators was not working well, I have to wait 10 mins before I can go down.

Size of the suite. Location was excellent for all areas of Sydney as so close to tram station

Room only cleaned and bins emptied on 4th day. I was expecting serviced apartments to be cleaned daily. Same sheets for whole stay - for the rate I was paying I expected them to be changed at least once. No staff in attendance the evening I used the sauna and jacuzzi - the latter wasn't working, no one around to ask

Lifts were being worked on which we were advised after booking ! Took 45 minutes to get from room to Lobby!

Cigarette butts on balcony. Obviously had not been cleaned. And a dirty hairbrush out there. Even though we checked in as 6 ladies we were only given 4 lots of towels! Had to request.

Pool spa and rooms were great

We froze. There were no blankets. We woke at 1.30am freezing and called reception for a blanket and a thin one was brought up. We put that on and put our day clothes on to keep warm and were still cold. Eventually got up at 6am. Tough start to a busy day. The bed only had 2 sheets on with no room heating

The apt is in the center of the cbd and near to tourism activity and near to town hall station and darling harbour. The staff also friendly.

The lift is on upgrade, so there is the times that we need to wait up to one hours. This is service apt with that price expected that the we get daily cleaning, understand that covid also already end.

Very clean. The lady checked us in was very nice and very professional.

the lift is so slow and one of them under maintanance so need to wait for long. they do upgrading the lift so hope it will be better in the future. have extra surcharge for using debit/credit card overseas

Very comfortable beds . Lovely appartment , great kitchen … warm..

Towels etc were not changed in our 3 days..
