Alles war perfekt! Die Mitarbeitende Claudia und ihr Team haben uns sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt und über die Tage unseres Aufenthaltes perfekt betreut. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit einer riesigen Auswahl. Hervorheben wollen wir die Mitarbeitenden, die einen exzellenten Service geliefert haben und stets 100% freundlich waren. Besser geht es nicht. Meine Partnerin war bereits vor 15 Jahren im Pilgrimage Village und es ist ihrer Meinung nach noch besser geworden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Fantastisk service fra ankomst til avreise, med så mye inkludert av både massasje, morgenyoga og klesvask. Vi ble så godt tatt hånd om av et alltid smilende og imøtekommende personale!

Haben ein Upgrade für die Honeymoon Hütte bekommen, nochmals vielen lieben Dank dafür! Das Personal ist so unglaublich freundlich und kinderlieb, man wird ausnahmslos begrüßt und fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Das Frühstück ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, es gibt sogar eine frische Banh Mi und Goi Cuon Station, was wir bisher in anderen Hotels und Resorts noch nicht erlebt haben. Obwohl die Anlage recht groß ist, genießt man viel Privatsphäre. Unsere Unterkunft war durch andere Gäste überhaupt nicht einsehbar. Toll fanden wir auch den Kids Corner, in dem unsere Tochter schön gespielt hat. Auch die Massagen im Spa sind sehr zu empfehlen – diese sind zwar etwas hochpreisig aber auch sehr gut. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir unseren Hochzeitstag, das Hotel organisierte einen wunderschönen Blumenstrauß und eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Alles in allem war es wirklich ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Der Frühstücksraum könnte noch etwas gemütlicher gestaltet werden. So saßen die meisten Gäste lieber draußen.

The resort was elegant and well laid out. It catered for a wide range of customer accommodations all of whom who could enjoy the charming facilities. We enjoyed the different areas for serving meals and the variety of food offered. It was delightful to do the early morning tai chai and be pampered at the spa.

Resort molto bello, immerso nel verde. Staff molto cordiale e sorridente. Camere pulite, spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort (ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito). Colazione molto varia e abbondante. Lezione di cucina davvero eccezionale.

The hotel has a great pool and is a beautiful oasis. It’s super green and you’re immersed in nature. The rooms are huge and give you loads of space. We arrived very early and they offered us early check in for no additional fee.

The room we were put in was very dark, it always felt like it was night in the room given its position. After asking housekeeping to come back in the afternoon they stayed outside our room at 9am having a long loud chat which wasn’t pleasant. Additionally when checking in they take a hold on your card however this isn’t a hold it’s a full charge but they don’t explain that to you and the refund takes 4 weeks. The issue here is the lack of clarity of what’s actually happening with your money. Finally the prices of the bar and food are obscene, for example a water at the hotel is over 50,000 VND, across the road at a shop it’s 5,000VND which although it’s not a large amount of money, you are being ripped off for no apparent reason. It’s the same water bottle.

La situation, dans une végétation luxuriante , franchement le matin au réveil depuis la terrasse on se serait cru en Amazonie, tout est luxe, beauté, les piscines, particulièrement la slope piscine, immense, le plus bel hôtel depuis l’île Maurice , il y a 35 ans

Beautiful resort with a wonderful huge pool and a free yoga class each morning.

Breakfast was great. The pool is superb! I reckon it’s a full 5 meters long … wonderful for swimming laps, but maybe a little on the warm side …

Het was echt fantastisch! Prachtig zwembad, de allerbeste massage en heerlijk eten bij het ontbijt en in het restaurant. Wij waren met 3 kinderen en hebben een paar dagen heerlijk kunnen ontspannen.

We loved absolutely everything about this resort.It is a wonderful oasis , perfect for a few days chilling on our way through Vietnam. But i would have happily stayed much longer if we had time.The complimentary extras -Breakfast/ spa /drinks/ laundry really added an extra layer of pampering and convenience to our trip. The restaurant food is exceptional and really good value for money.

Een heel mooi hotel, in een prachtige, groene omgeving. Het zwembad is zalig, groot, met voldoende zetels en handdoeken. Het ontbijt is luxueus in een mooi kader, keuze tussen binnen of buiten. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Speciale dank aan mrs Claudia en mrs Thanh. Zij verzorgden mij super goed nadat ik gevallen was.

Die Unterkunft war eine kleine Oase. Wir hatten zwar eins der günstigsten Zimmer, aber die waren okay. Alles andere war super schön. Das Frühstück war super gut und der Pool traumhaft. Yoga hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

We got a very warm and welcome and every single member of the staff makes you feel like you belong to the family. Our room located near the Blue pool was tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The breakfast buffet is huge and simply delicious it would take weeks to try all of the dishes. I highly recommend the spa as well, very professional staff. Early morning yoga classes are a treat as well.

Even though we could have stepped out of bed and jumped right into the pool, we didn't do so, since - unfortunately -the the weather was quite miserable during the whole time we stayed in Hue.

The grounds and landscaping are excellent and tranquil.

The room, toilet and lighting need upgrading. They are too out of date.

The private villas are very spacious and very clean. Due to the weather we couldn't use the private pool, but it's a nice space for groups or families traveling together. The shared pool is heated, which is very nice. The heaters and aircons in the room worked really well. The staff at the reception were exceptional and helped us with taxis when we couldn't find grabs and organizing a cooking class at the property.

The breakfast buffet feels a bit like a cafeteria, with plain simple cheap tableware and the onsite restaurant are bar are ok but would not detour for them.

Déçu par le restaurant très cher pour la qualité des plats pris.

Wspaniały ogród, bardzo dobre masaże, super śniadania, duże pokoje.

Opłata dodatkowa za korzystanie z sauny i jacuzzi, tym bardziej, że sauna jest w złym stanie- bardzo zużyta. W barze obsluga bardzo głośna - zamiast muzyki slychać rozmowy pracowników… troche ro przeszkadzało.
