Dated and overpriced in its current state. Lack of tea and choice. Absence of shampoo. State of the paint in shower etc. Sliding doors not functioning properly. A tired looking property that needs to be cleaned up and repainted and brought up to expected modern standards.

Great value for money. Garage. Comfy bed. Reasonably quiet.

Milk in the fridge would be been nice to have a cuppa after checking in / morning

Fantastic location. Groovy old unit. Had everything we needed for a few days and a really comfortable bed!

The listing stated there was a washing machine at the property. There wasn't. However, I was offered use of other laundries near the property.

The cleanliness. The location The shower was the best.

No coffee plunger No access to the balcony internally because the door appears not to open. The frypan was all rust, unsafe to use. There were no dishcloths or teatowels. Locking the door was via the main bedrrom, not good.

The location is good as we needed to be near the treaty grounds. Shower pressure was the best and very quiet area. Away from the town. Great Wifi though they have the wrong password written in the lounge. Fresh towels daily.

The place is dirty, the floors weren't vacuumed (i asked for a vacuum and did it myself), there were dead roaches in the big bedroom and alive one on the window. windows have black mold, kitchen floor looked like it was never mopped. Frypan provided looked like someone took a dump in it and left it there. DO NOT COOK HERE. there is bbq in the garage that someone tried cleaning and left all the dirty paper towels right there afterward. this is a place for young adults who just want to go to town enjoy the time out of the place and come back to crash, NOT the place to be with the family especially kids due to moldy windows and dirty floors.

The location was very good. Management and hosts were professional and friendly.

Theres was no hot water during the 2 nights we were there. Which was due to the gas bottles being empty and not replaced but the host did offer a place to have a shower the first night and then offer another unit to stay in the 2nd night which was right next door. Due to the speedy response of management and the alternatives they offered us to accommodate the inconvenience, we were happy overall.

Clean and compact. Very good value. Has everything and close to Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
