Julie was so friendly & welcoming , good customer service & overall it was a good stay , recommend coming back again.

The room was spacious and very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was well fitted out with tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge. Julie and Marti were very welcoming and Julie updated us on the Russell ferry cancellations due to bad weather and offered alternative suggestions. Its a short 15 min walk to the ferry along the water which we were aware of. Countdown is just across the road Very good value for money.

For motel accommodation I cant really think of anything we didnt like.

The property was , nice and clean. Room was nice and spacious with everything included. Also loved that is was very close to the beach and walking distance to a gas station and Countdown.

The hosts were exceptional. Picked us up from and dropped us off to bus. Very friendly and obliging.

Loved the convenient location to Countdown and the beach. Along with the microwave in the room it meant I had the luxury of cooking my own food! After staying aeveral days at another hotel with no such convenience this was a real treat. Beds are massive and everything was super clean. Owners called me to check when I was arriving and were so nice to let me check in over 2 hours early. The beach is 2 mins away at a slow dawdle. Will be returning!

Good facilities, efficient heating, excellent towels etc. Spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend this motel its well above average.
